The settings on GT7, send you a % of what the game is creating in that moment.Curious about that torque part: setting 10 in GT7 meanse it will send 10Nm max to the wheel or rather use 100% of base reported torque? I'm still playing with settings on RS50. I wonder what's the difference between scenarios:
- A: 8Nm on the base, 6/10 Torque in GT7
- B: 6Nm on the base, 8/10 Torque in GT7
- 10nm (Hardware at 100%) vs 5/10 (in game at 50%)
- 5nm (Hardware at 50%) vs 10/10 (in game at 100%)
Both will provide 5nm (output)
but..... in the 1st example, you are limiting what the game will send to the wheel. So if that moment needed 6nm or 8nm from the physics engine, then you are already restricting the available data sent to the hardware. You will feel less data!
This is how I understand it, and I am testing a lot on the RS50. Its a solid wheel and super happy with it.
