yea, that happens if u come into the pit lane too fast at laguna. really a piss of at times. It happened to me during an ednuro i believe. I was driving the 51 viper oreca (love that sharkport!) andi came into the pits in 5th. Needless to say it was within the last 10 laps and i got stuck, and the AI wouldn't do **** but floor it hoping to plow down the wall. REALLY pissed me off.
When I pit at LS. I always let off the gas about 20 metres before hitting the pit lane and brake firmly but not strongly as you would for corners (say 50-70% braking), so the speed is quite low (about 140-160km/h) so it prevents the car hitting the wall completely.
That's a bit of a bummer if you got stuck against the wall when entering at just 30mph. .
they should have takin that barrel out.!and yes the auto drive kicks in WAY to early.you should be able to drive in and then have the auto drive it makes me so
Ya i hear ya..samething happened to me at LS..needed to win the race to get enough points to get in first to win a car...and i got stuck and wouldn't move!!! I lost and didn't get a car.
Contrary to what one might think, drive as fast into the pits at LS as possible... everytime that I slowed down for the pits, I got caught or got close to being caught...
Well in my Viper GTS-R Concept, on Apricot i go at like 120 on that turn and i barely didnt make it, because it doesnt turn that well even wit T8s, still luv the car
