So if I create a 1/4 tune and win atleast one match against a great tuner.....im I then considered a decent 1/4 tuner?

How did I saw that at all lol and if you should decide to tune 1/4 don't touch a GTR, the most overused and worthless car in the game.

right, the more cars you can tune is what matters and unlike SSR7 one race wont say anything; in 1/4 you have to run multiple times.
