For the transmission, if you are topping out reduce the final gear a bit to extend your top speed. You can usually drop it about 0.300-0.400 without making too much of a difference to the cornering characteristics.

You may also want to stiffen the springs rate slightly too, to account for the extra momentum you'll be carrying into the braking zones. But try the original ones first and see how it goes. If you decide to change them, I wouldn't recommend going beyond 1.80hz and try 0.05hz increments.

These aren't necessarily going to be what you're looking for but should do in the meantime until you find what you need..

How is the car behaving? Running out of gears and bouncing of rev limiter? Not quite enough acceleration in lower gears? Any turning issues?

gears are okay, just the car is a bit stiff and wants to roll over some times. better to test it yourself so you understand the feeling.

It'll be quite a while before I can try it out unfortunately. You could try dropping the ARB by a click each. This will loosen it up a bit and shouldn't ruin the rest of the tune. Other than that I would need to try it out as you say.

The job was already 80% done ,first tuned and tested on suzuka , i just needed to adapt the gearbox and some little things. I rarely do maxed tunes like this, i remember a RX7 for the ring only. This toyota stay very fun and stable even with all this power.
