I've been looking for this car to finish my collection of Vipers, let me know what you want and we can work out a trade. 0/0/0 preferred, but not necessary. Once again, looking for a Dodge Viper GTS R Concept '00.

Before you embark on trading in the marketplace, I suggest you read The GT5 Blacklist Thread. All of the cars here are untradeable, including the Viper GTS-R Concept you are asking for, unfortunately.

However... 💡 it can be obtained from a Year 2000 Ticket or a Level 13 ticket, as shown in this thread. It would be easier to get from the Level 13 ticket because there are only 22 cars that can be received from a Level 13 ticket while there are 91 cars that can be received from a Year 2000 ticket.
