Looking for information

I'm basically looking for some information that I saw on a thread a few months back. It contained a base setting for MR, FF, FR and RR cars. It had values for each setting and I found these invaluable as a place to start setting any of my cars up. I had them saved for future reference, but due to some thieving toe-rag they're lost.

Could someone please point me in the right direction, any help will be very much appreciated.

You're an absolute star, this is exactly what I was looking for. Many thanks!

These base settings work a treat, and with a little tweaking to suit whatever circuit, have helped to make better handling cars for me over the past few months. Its a good place to start.
