Hopefully everyone that has made it out for the Folk Art Tour returns for other tours. I know we enjoyed your company and appreciate the level of maturity.

Los Angeles Tall Building Tour

The next tour is scheduled to leave from Venice Beach at approximately 8PM EDT this coming Wednesday, 10th September. Please join us as we visit the most prominent buildings in the city and dig into the Financial District of Bunker Hill in downtown Los Angeles. This tour promises to be one of our most interesting and inspiring tours; detailing the facts and history of the area while enjoying the beautiful sights and architecture of the downtown area. The first part will be an air tour, transportation provided with surface stops for viewing and photos, along with a car show and reception to follow. Everyone is welcome, so please join us and see what the virtual world of Pillbox Hill is all about.​

Had no idea the tour was that in depth, very informative, especially for a guy from the UK who doesn't really know that the buildings were based on real life ones. Nice job guys.

Also glad I could treat your eyes to the Hotknife in the after tour show. Next time may bring out the Khamelion.

Didn't think I'd be up till 4am on this tour/car show but it was a blast. Sleep time now I think.

Great job Marcus - well prepared, informative, and entertaining. It's interesting to find things around the map that I had never noticed, despite the hundreds of hours I've spent in the game.

EDIT: Follow-up to some things from the car meet - I count 34 cars in the first pics, but I know there were at least 5 more that arrived between those pics and the purge. At least 38 before the second car dump.

Bought a flat in the Majestic. Never really paid attention to the name of the place until passing by in the chopper.

Actually quite proud of this skyline shot.

Never in all my driving past had I noticed this design fusion at the base of this building.

At ground level you just don't see this workmanship.

You've got a spot with us this Saturday. I'll wait another day or so for anyone who may have a time preference before choosing a start time; but the Theatre Cruise & Tour will likely begin mid-afternoon EDT.

We've yet to have a room fill up, so I wouldn't expect there to be any issues regarding space for more folks.

The room will open at 1:30PM CDT and the cruise will begin in Westwood Village at around 2PM CDT. If you are in an area that does not observe daylight savings time; the room would open at 12:30PM CDT. I will post in the threa when the room is open and change the thread title to reflect such.

There are some good time conversion sites out there. Personally I like http://www.timeanddate.com/. Another very good one, especially for event hosts is http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ - you can easily set an event there, it's quick and doesn't require registration or anything, copy the link and then whoever clicks on that it'll automatically show them when the event is taking place in their timezone. Very handy. 👍

Los Santos Tours doing some stress tests on Car Shows. Gathered loads of data and learned a lot from this test. Here are some pics. There was three of us involved in this stress test.

After testing we had to have some fun and end with a bang:
