Its a V8 for sure, not an SR20. Look close.......

PR is right; it's an LT1 for sure, besides the telltale intake, if you look closely you can see the plug wires coming from under the water pump (thats where the LT1 has it's distributor).

yea, LT1 totally... the intake manifold tells it away easily. Plus the optispark under the water pump.,... i just changed mine.

Well apparently S13, was talking to the owner of the truck ont he site and he said it was an SR20 so I dunno, lthough Sr20's and LT-1's kinda do look the same, but either way awesome engines.

A pushrod V8 looks similar to a DOHC I4? In what universe?

Mine obviously. I dunno I googled search LT-1 and it just looks like a bigger version of the SR20, or maybe its my eyes decieving me.

I suppose with the stock valve covers I could identify some similarities...I suppose someone could mistake the LT1 intake and fuel rail covers for the SR20 valve cover...
