Redline is a pretty nice racing game for the Mac. I downloaded the demo, and it runs nicely and is fun. Sure, the cars look pretty retarded, but you can pretty much tell what they are. In the demo there are the DeLorean, Mini, Corvette, and VW Golf. I also saw cars like the Ford GT, Diablo, 2002, Maserati 4500GT, Charger, Mustang, etc available in the full game. There is online play, but seldom are there people online. It also features a 'challenge' mode to unlock cars that is similar to GT's license tests, but not as extensive. Gameplay modes are Simulation, Arcade, Turbo Arcade, and Strict.
 
Ambrosia games have a massive developer approved modding following. I'm sure they'll be some interesting patches coming out for it.
 
Sitting on a PC, I can't play it. But looking at the screenshots, it reminds me of the classic Need for Speed games, more specifically NFS4.

If its gameplay is anything like that, it's automaticly a good game.
