I noticed that there were a few cars in the game painted with unusual colour such as neon and stuff, i have a whole list of matte paints and dlc painted cars to trade if anyone has the cool magic paints
Somebody i know had one of his neon car shared and when i borrowed it the paint still worked. I am pretty sure you can send them as custom paint items - check the paint trading thread for anybody who may help you.
