Don't wanna cry victory to soon, but i started up the game this morning first time after the maintenance and it loaded lightning-fast without any connection problems at all.
And i've been struggling hopelessly since 2 weeks with the game not loading and connection cuts. My guess is they used this large maintenance to fix this same thing.
Not everyone had the problems but i remember a lot of people posting about the same issues at about the same time as it started with me.
So they must have known about it at PD and needed a whole workday to fix their servers. Would be nice if they would be more transparent about these things and admit there is something wrong on their side causing us misery; instead of not communicating nothing and secretly fixing it some weeks later.
But then again maybe i log in later today and it starts over again...
Anyone else had huge connection problems the last weeks and today they disappeared all of a sudden?
I had lots of those problems... in the last 3 months they were driving me mad. I updated my router, changed the configuration a dozen of times and almost exploded my ISP headquarters in furious anger.

Haha maybe all of that was not necessary as it was a problem with the PD servers!
(ps. did the same tough, now i know all about routers, static ip's and port forwarding )
