Manufacturers Cup Points Not Updating

I am racing Manufacturers Cup by my points table i should lead AMG at C rating but they didnt ubdate and i have replays saved and a friend watched me.

So my points arent ubdated what do i do i would lead the AMG championship and my frined watched me and i have replays saved?

All the global rankings look to have updated properly, so I'm assuming the problem is that you got 0 points from yesterday's round? Since you said you have replays saved, does that mean you did the race more than once?

If you did, what happened on the last race you entered? The result from the last race you enter is the only one that counts. If you quit out and didn't finish, you'll get 0 points.

You either finished the race and scored points for it, or you disconnected or quit and scored 0. This is how it works.

There's also no "at C rating" category. GT3 League is for players who start out at DR C, D, and E, but it doesn't take long for the top players in GT3 to become DR B.

What do you believe you should have scored, and what did you actually score?

Hey I do not want to seem petty but I did the Mfg cup yesterday April 6/25 4 times and the last race I did I got pole and finished first and gran turismo took my victory photo. I am new to the game and am a D driver. I was expecting to receive 15 points for yesterday’s race (I did not do any more races after my victory) to add to my earlier mfg cup round 1 race of 9 points. When I checked my points this morning I was only awarded 5 points for my race yesterday. This is a bummer. Is there any way to have this reviewed? By the way the first 3 races I did yesterday I kept getting punted off. I am getting very disconcerted with this game.

I was expecting 15 points as when I checked the points to be awarded for the places finished I noted that for first place 15 points were available - which kind of made sense to me as the first mfg cup race I did - round one - this year I came in 4th on my best/final race and got 9 points. Therefore getting 5 points when I finished 1st yesterday is very confusing to me

The points table before the race is a projected value, not a guarantee.

Points depend on the mean DR of all drivers in the race, rather than simply "more for winning" basis, and if higher-rated drivers quit out of it that reduces the available points. At GT3 League, and especially in a largely D lobby, this can have a big effect.

Thank you - I supppose that PD, then, calculated properly. Thanks for the clarification much appreciated.

I got P4 at the race what was held at 12 so yeah probably 30 or so points

That was my last but i did 3 races overall

Edit: As no further information seems to be forthcoming, here's the top of GT3 League in AMG right now:

Even if you had scored 30pt in R2, that wouldn't put you in the top of any of it (because it's virtually impossible to score 104pt in a GT3 League R1 event; that'd require an average DR of >20,000, well into DR B and therefore GT2 League), and only two drivers in the top 20 have scored that little in any round so far. I also can't find a Croatian account in the top 100 with 0pt for AMG in R2.

Essentially I have no idea where you're looking, or what you're looking at, but you wouldn't "lead AMG" based on any of the information you've given so far.

Are either of these you? They scored 41 and 30 respectively in R2.

I'm going to assume the OP is #1 on that list. Zero points for round 2 would imply the final race entered was abandoned before it completed.

The game only counts the final race you enter so that it isn't necessary to spend all day doing each round over and over.

Ah good spot; the main ranking only goes to 100 and that's 47pt.

No idea how even 43+30 would have him leading the AMG rankings though when first in GT3 League has almost twice that :|

Yep - quit or disconnect. Only way to score 0 if you actually enter a round (although you can also get 0 by not entering at all).
 
I also got 0 points after finishing today's Manufacturer's Cup, Round 2. I did not quit. I did not disconnect. There was no error or glitch. I came in 14th out of 15. The points table said I would get 5 points. I am checking at 12:41am the next day on the west coast of the U.S.

Did you do another race after your 11 point result and leave or get kicked out? Only your last race counts, even if it's 0.
 
It currently seems that Americas GT2 and EMEA GT3 have not updated the points after round 2 at Dragon Trail Gardens yesterday.

no my last race was definitely the 11 points. Good race. Started 2nd. Dropped to 11th at the hairpin. Back up to 2nd for the finish. My points total after the race registered 17, but that has not transferred to the overall table. ???

No, it's usually quite close to the end of the final slot in the region.

Several have not updated yet. If you check the scores and everyone else in your league has "-", don't worry about it, they just haven't updated them yet for some reason.

If it's just you, there's no entry registered, and if it's just you and your score is "0", that's a disconnection
 
Seeing more people having problems after round 2. I got 7 points after round 1, and finished 1st for the first time in round 2. Got the winner photo and saved the replay. Ive only done 11 races so winning was a big deal for me. I checked every day how many points I would get and just had "-" until today, 3 days after the race. It says I got 7 points for round 2 as well. First race I finished 12th, how can that give the same amount of points as a win? Is it only because of the other drivers having lower rating than me? Im a D myself so not very high... If this is the case, maybe that explains why I managed to win all of a sudden if all the others were noobs, they had good pace tho and it was a really right race and I think I won mainly because of strategy.

Not really, no.

The points available are proportional to the mean Driver Rating score of the entire lobby. Very roughly, 1/200th of the mean Driver Rating is available for victory, with (again very roughly) 5% fewer points for each position less.

In DR D this could result in extremely chaotic values, because D ranges from 1 to 2,999 - and may sometimes include Cs in GTWS events as GT3 League is for players starting at DR C/D/E. Further into the season it may include some Bs as well. Even if you're all Ds, you could see anything from 15pt for the win down to... well, I assume 1pt but I've never seen or encountered it.

Seven points for a win is solidly mid-D (it would imply an average DR of 1,400pt). Seven points for 12th would be towards the top end of D and have some Cs in the mix too. It also suggests your DR fell between the two races (though not necessarily).
