Manufacturers Cup Points Not Updating

I played in the MC 3rd Round yesterday. My points from the 2nd round were there. I hadn't checked since Sunday (3 days ago). On Sunday, I had no points for Round 2 but 5k+ people did. This morning around 4am no one had points from Round 3. Now (10am) my and 5k+ people's points are there. So the rankings seem to be updating, but slowly and unevenly.

Its my first time playing MC so I dont know if this is normal and to be expected. But for me it still looks like this: on every page I only have the points and ranking from R1, like on row 1. The only page I can see my total points (21) is local rankings.
