It looks like it was written by either a young guy or a guy who has not been married. The priorities are all out of wack. He's obviously obsessed with sex and submissive behvaior - which really isn't nearly as important as some other issues. Here's an example of what he should have written.

1) The wife will make lots of money AND take care of the kids
2) The husband will be in charge of expenses
3) The wife must at all times be intelligent, stupdity will not be tolerated (with this clause, you needn't worry about arguments)
4) The wife MUST be able to drive AND park.


^^ Stuff like that. I couldn't care less if she sleeps naked. I'm not going to be awake to appreciate it anyway.
