Well, you can be sure that I'm glad we have such a 1337 racer in da houz. I'm certainly not cool enough or fast enough to have been contacted by these rare and oh-so-Fight-Club people. I'm sure that you'll be a veritable fountain of worthwhile information and cameraderie.

Even though I don't particularly want to, I feel it's my duty to say 'Welcome to GTPlanet!'

Welcome to GTPLANET.

R U just trying to build a reputation 4 yourself here? And if you genuinely are in such an exclusive club, if it exisits at all, what exactly do you all do? I bet it's just u and some mates trying to boost your ego's.

It's been more than 10 minutes. Why haven't you gotten back to me? Guess I'm not cool enough.

Enjoy your stay... I'd use the 'rolleyes' smilie but I've given that up.

I need some help;)

I'm having problems with my R390 GT-1 LM Race Car. It goes fast, but I'm experiencing difficulty during mid speed cornering (80-150 mph). The car has a tendancy to kick out the butt and loose control when aggrivated. I've tried different TCS settings, but that doesnt seem to help. :( If I try and turn sharp, I eather dont turn enough, or the butt flies out. Yu professional input is greatly appreciated 👍

Here's my settings:
spring rate is 11.5/12.5
ride height is 70/70
shock bound is 8/9
shock rebound is 4/3
camber angle is 2.0/1.0
toe angle is -2/2
stabalizers are at 7/7
brakes are 24/19
limited slip torque is 20
limited slip accel is 40
limited slip decel is 30
down force is 1.00/1.25
tcs is 5
asm is 0

THANX A TON FOR THE HELP :) I'm driving Laguna Seca Raceway at the moment.

I'm very sorry if I was a little sinical, but these forums are full of B.S. You can't believe half of what you read. If you are telling the truth, then good 4 u. By the way, how did they find out that you were any good if you didn't know that they exist.

RED EYE RACER - Only novices use the traction control, just switch to analogue accelaration and braking and don't be such a wimp.

Thats where i was confused at first myself but i found em at a gt3 convention in ohio and i won the competition there and they asked to see my memory card and then well i was in pretty simple in my mind

We don't really have anything like that over here. Shame. What did your memory card tell them?

Tried that and it makes the car spin worse,....

GTMASTERR390- PLEASE HELP ME :):):):):):) I need YOUR advice :D THANX 👍

red eye had u suped it up all the way ??????
and oil change right when u got it??????
i have not yet found problems as u say in your reply but i might have a different racing style it sounds like your turning and braking and not braking and then accelerating through the turn the computer maybe faster through the turn but then u just catch em exiting and dont screw around wit the settings it always messes things up but only lower it, make the stabalizers higher and the airo's. down and if u want shock rebound all the way down

That's why you need analogue accel and braking so that you can feed in the power and feel the limits of adhesion. Ultimately you will be able to go much much faster and it will be much more satisfying too.

dOOd it is not about jealousy. First, coming in here and our first impression is an ego the size of Montana. Second, If this is such an elite group that they contact you first, I would think that it would be against their policy to mention it to anyone else. Third, man it is nice to see that you are willing to help which is cool, but you gotta establish yourself. I got laughed at a few times when I was a nOOb, but it was all good, In time I established myself. BTW, who in this god given earth would spend 10 grand on a game? I mean if you guys are willing to throw that much money down on a game, how about helping a brother out with 7 grand so I can buy a car ?

I was a little late with this one.

I'm real sorry but I didnt understand some of that. Can you put the recommended sets down as numbers? THANX 👍

ALSO,... did you say the putting the rebound all the way DOWN will help ? hence S-rebound being 1/1?

Comon guy's,. leave him alone for a minute ;)

I'm tryin to get professional advice here;)

I have to disagree with the "Master" on this one. On a course like laguna Seca with no long straights you should have your downforce turned up as high as possible, without upsetting the balance of the car. The car will be much simpler to turn if you put more, even max, downforce on the front wing and adjust the rear wing downforce until you find a balance between easy turn in and road-holding at the rear of the car.

Hey, if it's legitimate, good for you. As sinbad said we get some pretty cocky folks in here from time to time and it looked like another one had just come in.

If you're really not that way, then I'll say Welcome to GTPlanet again, for real this time.

Maybe you should attend a few conventions "Miata", get yourself noticed.

don't max it out on the rear wing, the car will understeer if you do.

well at least it wasn't a clashing of biblical proportions here then right?

personally i dont really pay attention to detail on courses i use the same settings on all my cars for all the races with an exception for the circle/oval tracks no u win 10 grand as a prize anyway its a complecated thing maybe i'll explain it later

Thanx for the help sinbad,... but you not helping the cause at the moment.

I'd like my responces from the master please :)
