I think Matte Paint makes the car look like a toy and takes out the realism in pictures.

Agreed. I was just about to post the same thing. I collected a load of matte paint but the only one that seems to work is white with maybe the black getting away with it on the odd car. I don't think I'll be painting much with the chips. The only car I've kept in matte is a white 430 scud.

Some definite beauties in here. Thinking of getting another Enzo and F40 and doing them in matte colors now that I've seen them here.

Yeah good idea i will try that....maybe even Matte Silver (the grill looks matte?) so also will be keeping to the theme with the wheels as well.

I used the Purple cos its a little off the wall for a Merc. :)

Between the matte purple, matte silver, & chrome, I'd pick the matte silver also.
 
I just tried Matte Silver with the Matte Silver wheels...looks pretty shwweet!
