my max to date it 1562Hp.

the 2000 is a joke haha and if you oil change it and give it a new engine right when you buy it you can get it up higher i had 1000km on mine before i put the new engine in it

Where can you fit a new engine? If you meant the engine restore function in GT-Auto, that isn't available when brand new.
Oh, and the maximum amount of horsepower is achieved at around 300km or roughly 180 miles like any other car in GT5 given that you change the oil every 200 kilometers (or 120 miles).
