I had heard of this RX-01 Concept but never saw it until now. I kind of wish it stayed that way as it is nasty. The proportions are way off and it appears to have started melting.

Oh, well. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, as they say. I find it to be a nice, refreshing take on the by now classic lines of the FD RX-7.

But regardless of purely aesthetic considerations, you can't deny it was an interesting car. Its looks may be quite polarizing indeed, but a true gearhead can't be anything but sorry that this car never made into production with its 220 hp single turbo rotary engine.

I like how this looks from the front but that rear is not really appealing to me. The interior looks nice.

By the way, this car is from 1995.

What year is it? The rear looks very 90's.
