The RX-Vision GT3 was never a VGT to begin with, it's just that the name deceptively sounds like it.

It's funny that I happened to read an article in Autosport yesterday about GT3 now being approached with three new cars that are not really GT3s in the same way that existing cars are, i.e. they are being built from the ground up as GT3 race cars, which is not really the point of GT3. Funnily enough, I'd love to see this car for real, but as a road car first, and then a GT3 race version. Of all the cars with 'Vision' in its name, it's easily the best looking and the best to use.

I've never been enthusiastic about fictive cars, so even less for an upgraded version of a fictional car. Hopefully, this car won't land in an update alongside the Xiaomi VGT and the Lexus Sport Concept after two months without nothing.

I only learned that the base version was driven by around 400,000 people, but that doesn't necessarily strike me as a plebiscite from the players, given that the car was given in the Anniversary Edition.

Although, I REALLY hope the add these new cars to the official Sophy compatibility list. It's a bit of a pain having to use the work around.

Ironically at GT7 launch...the original was accidentally labelled as a VGT

Either way I'm pretty dang happy, as someone that like the fictional racers of GT as a whole across all entries, these cars are what kepe me interested to see what they can come up with, it's why's I love the Suzuki VGT Gr3 so much...just a shame their BoP is often worse than the IRL GT3 cars for most of them...

I look forward to when this car gets added though, he'll the original RX-VISION GT3 was already one of the better fictional race cars in the game currently from what I know! Definitely to see the handling differences between it and the Evo.

Not gonna lie, for me that's supposed to be the initial version of the car.

The current version, while curvaceous, doesn't strike me as an aggressive "I'M A GT3 RACER!" type of car. If anything, it looks like a track day special like an Aston Martin Vulcan or Ferrari FXX-K.
