Mazda RX-7 LM Race Car !!

Anyone noticed that the numbers on the sides are glowing/ lit up, when racing on a night track. (SSR5 or SSR11)

I just noticed it yesterday, it looks awesome. Does anyone know of another car that does that ??

No I hadn't, but I don't tend to watch many replay's anyway. I'll have a look now tho'. Didn't notice it on my dark green RX7 LM, what colour is yours? Could be that the numbers are flourescent or reflective on that car in r/l.

Yeah, there is like a neon surround to the numbers, looks really cool. Don't know if it's colour specific though.

Yeah, it's a great car!! Better than I had expected.
(I never used it in GT1 or 2)

Mine is black, which might be why the glow is more visible.

Hey I went and tried this, pretty nice. I recently got the RX-7 LM, though. Mine's also black. The numbers on the side were kind of a glow-in-the-dark green, as well as the MAZDA logo on the windshield. It was a bit harder to spot the logo, though.

Ive played with it and on repalys its the only one that does it, oh and the 787b too, I love both those cars.

I checked the 787B and it didn't have anything glowing !!

Are you sure it was the 787B you used ??

About the Oreca Viper: I don't have even the slightest idea what it is??

And it's not showing up in your garage so it's not the indicator or flasher. (Or what ever those lights are called, I don't know.)

Yeah could be, I've got a Mini Cooper with two large glowing circles on the front and a couple of square red ones on the back. You see it best on the night tracks.

Could you post a picture of your 787? Mine does not have glowing numbers. And belive me I have checked it more than once :sleep:

I got a pink RX-7LM and a Silver one I'll get out that glowing light on mine, BTW I dont think the 787b's numbers light up.

I think I know what he's talking about on the 787B. There is a light on the roof facing forwards. It is only visible from certain angles from the front. Look out for it on the replays.

I also have the pink colored version, and sadly its the only color I have for that car . I don't think its color dependent though because i've seen my number glow as well.

On the Oreca's Viper small light rectangles: I drove around Leguna Seca a couple of time with it, since lights are on there and it's still light. During the replays, it looked like a small running light set in the body.

yes thats what im talking about,are they by the clamshell hood(on the door)???,well ill take a look to see if its a logo or sumthing
