I agree, the media is as screwed up as Michael Jackson.

At the end of the day even if he didn't commit the said crime(s), he is still a person so far from reality it isn't funny. Anyone who has seen him on tv in the last decade can attest to that.

Believing he is innocent because you are a fan or because the media blows it out of proportion is just stupid. It's just more unnecessary bias.

He's neither guilty nor innocent until there is some proof that shows otherwise.

Yeah i was going to add (but forgot to) that i'll keep thinking he's innocent until i'm proven wrong. (i.e. if it is true and he admits it)

Even if it is true thats not going to stop me liking his music.

You mean innocent until proven guilty?

Meh, I think half of the court cases against Michael Jackson are just people out to line their pockets. Everyone knows he gets a little too 'friendly' with kids, so why let your children over there in the first place?

Yes, I agree, if anywone has been associated with him they can accuse him of said crimes and the media will latch onto it as truth and all Micheal can do is pay out really.

That's not true, the best criminal defense lawyers in the world have said a jury can be swayed. There was one very infamous trial over a decade ago involving an ex-football player who had incriminating evidence stacked so high against him that it was rediculous. The verdict - Not Guilty.

A newer case would be the Jason Williams trial. He was almost guaranteed to do time based on some evidence that was leaked, and the fact that he shot someone - wiped his fingerprints off of the gun in order to put the murdered persons on so that it would look like a suicide - bribed the witnesses - etc. etc.
The verdict - Not Guilty - On ALL counts that carry incarceration.
