Can you please test Esprit V8 GT and SE?

I suppose I can later, but with the Esprit 350 and base V8 being less than 7 tenths apart, the GT should split the difference and the SE might be slightly slower than the base V8.

Four consecutive laps in the Nissan Bluebird Rally Car (510) '69 is what it took to achieve a 1:34

Very happy with this lap. Uploading shortly!

Edit: it's up now 👍

1:15.694 - 609 - Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 '13
1:34.755 - 355 - Nissan Bluebird Rally Car (510) '69
1:50.276 - 290 - Nissan Pao '89

The Nismo GT3 is a whole second quicker than the base Nismo GT-R. For some reason, I expected more. Both have 591 hp, but the GT3 has 28 more torques, and weighs a whopping 370 kg (816 lbs) less. Nismo GT-R is actually 2 mph faster on the straight than the GT3. It doesn't make much sense. Perhaps the GT3 makes too much downforce for its own good.

I will focus on getting a 1:23 in this today.

Fastest vs. Slowest

1:13.914 - 572 - Tommykaira ZZII '00
2:49.276 - 241 - Subaru 360 '58

Difference of 1:35.362 or as long as the Volkswagen Lupo GTI '01 takes to do its fastest lap.
This was a fantastic post!! I love looking at comparisons like these -- there are some things that I've never noticed on my own while looking at your lap time lists. One thing that I find extremely interesting is the fact that the BMW 135i Coupe and the DB7 Vantage Coupe ran the same exact time. Wow! It's almost a 30PP difference. Is the 135i just that much bang for your PP buck? Or is the DB7 just THAT much of a piggy-piggy?!

Well the 135i has a 215 kg (474 lb) advantage, and accelerates quick enough despite a shortage of around 100 hp and torque compared with the DB7. In fact, the BMW is only 9 mph slower going into Turn 1.

Tested:

1:22.025 - 449 - Honda NSX '01

I got this lap time on my 4th lap, and I did a total of 10. There's no way I'm getting lucky enough to see a 1:21 today. Maybe some other time. Love this damn car, though. It's almost a whole second faster than the Acura NSX '04.

I didn't realize the 135i was that much lighter. I knew it'd be lighter, but didn't think 200+ KG lighter. I just saw the 27PP difference and thought "wow!" :dopey:

Awesome info SuzukaStar! What was the slowest "car" between 450-500PP? I see that the DAP Racing Kart #17 was the slowest vehicle in that range, but how about just the slowest car for that range?

Are you ever going to test race cars but make a different list for them? I'd like to see which have the best BoP. I'm sure GT6 series owners would like to know as well.

I'll get around to racecars eventually (I've done quite a few already though) but the problem with most of them is that I use Comfort tires and it makes testing high-powered cars extremely difficult with the DS3. It's why I haven't tested the Pagani Huayra or McLaren F1 yet, and am not happy with my lap times for the top 10 or 20 cars. I do much better testing low to medium-power cars than the super/racecars.

Getting 1:11 took maybe 3 laps. Getting the 1:10 took another forty minutes.

Anyone with a wheel want to try for a 1:09 :scared:

Anyone up for a challenge? Try to get a 1:18 in the Subaru BRZ R&D Sport '12

I tried for over an hour. If I didn't stop, I was going to throw the controller out the damn window.

It's 10:30 in the morning and I'm already thinking about drinking a bottle of wine.

Tested:

1:19.080 - 510 - Subaru BRZ R&D Sport '12

Well, it's about 10 seconds quicker than the base BRZ...

I know it's not cheap but can you test 250 GTO or Mark IV? Also I think that C2 corvette and latest Celica road car aren't tested, if you have no money
