I thought 50 cent bought that house a while back.

Still, this is a very random thread.

That would be a mad house to have and fix up. So who is Mike Tyson, sorry have no time to read the blabber underneath.

EDIT: Just spent 20 or so mins reading all the pages. All the technology is old but the house is insane!!!!

You've never heard of Mike Tyson?

I saw that a while back. That site, in general, has a few interesting pictures of other abandoned places.

You've never heard of Mike Tyson?

The best reason I could come up with, because it sorta intrigued me too that someone has never heard of Mike, is that he's 13 and lives in Australia.

Hahaha! If that house was left abandoned like that with the doors wide open in the UK it would be just bricks and mortar left after a couple of days as every single thing in there would have been stripped for sure .. seriously! you would see hordes of people going in and out with everything down to the brass fittings and light shades
Only in America springs to mind ;) cool pics btw 👍

That house is the tackiest thing I've seen in quite some time. Just awful.

No wonder Mike Tyson turned a 400 million dollar fortune into 34 million dollars of debt in just a few years. To put that into perspective, at his lowest point he was 2000-times poorer than your average Sierra Leone worker.

Well that mansion does look really huge, and I'm surprised at how good the condition is even when it was abandoned almost 10 year ago....

Even if I had that 999 error, it was enjoying looking at those pictures. I wonder what happened to that Paul Monea guy. Did he even cared about that house? What happened to the diamond? Never mind, I'l look it up on Wikipedia later.....

But yeah, if that was Mike Tysons mansion, I wonder how would Michael Jackson's Neverland is going to happened...... :nervous:

Oh, and Mike Tyson wuz here. ;)

Monea was sentenced on 4 counts and possibly faced 20 years in prison. Monea's defense was that he had a hearing condition that acted up on command. During the deal, the man offering the money told him the buyers were drug dealers. Monea claimed he heard rug, and said he had no problem working with rug dealers. He also claimed the undercover agent told him that the buyers would kill Monea if he backed out of the deal.
Monea, though, is no innocent little man. He had a pretty "good" history of trouble, & was a previously convicted con-artist.

The diamond, aka Golden Eye? Now property of the government, worth $9 million.

What diamond are you referring to? I'm sure the man has/had a lot in his time.

Probably the one that was referred to in the link Pupik posted.

Then that would be the one I just posted, which never belonged to Tyson.
Another picture of the 43.5 Carat Golden Eye.

Pics this diamond are actually pretty rare.

There's an error message of sorts with the first pic, tells us to go to it's site and view images from there, and that they don't allow other sites to directly link their media to other sites.

I can still see it, but I'll remove the picture then.

Wow..... that sounds really bad for Monea. :indiff: 20 years sounds a little harsh, but if he did the crime guess it would be fitting for him. Oh, and no Wikipedia on him..... 👎

But what would happened to all of his assets? Would that mean almost everything goes to the government? Or does it go to his other families and relatives? But 9 million for a 43.5 Carat diamond? Holy 🤬!

Everyone close to him quickly separated themselves. Any item that could be used as evidence was seized by the govt. & anything else, probably will remain in his possession until he is released from jail.

That diamond is insane. I was referring to the 40 carat diamond which was mentioned in the link. The one which he wanted to sell along with the house.

That site is absolutely brilliant, had a great read through it. Would've been a bit freaky walking through an abandoned house, let alone a mansion.

Punchout.

I can't remember very well, but I think it didn't portray african americans very well!

Considering it was called Mike Tyson's Punchout, I would assume he has only himself to blame if it portrays his race poorly.
