Misleading Prize Car

I have completed the Grand valley 300KM Endurance race 5 times in the hope of obtaining the Sauber C9 Mercedes but instead i endedup with a 1937 Audi every time. Is anyone else experiencing this?.

I think you only get the Sauber on the Japanese game. Check the PAL/NTSC prize lists for correct info.

I believe you're looking at the Japanese version prize list, not the North American NTSC/PAL version.

In the North American NTSC version you get it from the Formula GT World Races in the Extreme Hall.

Yeah Im pissed about it too. you get the C9 from the F1 championship.

you raced the same event more then once hoping to get a different car ecah time? you'd only get a different color of the same car each time if you did it... and since the auto union is silver or actually unpainted metal as it looks, you aren't going to even get a different car color let alone different car...

The C9 looks average, and it is outdated. I tried it and found nothing spectacular. I like my 787B better.

ya...i dont use but three main cars in the game( for races w/o restrictions), the minolta, f1 and a rally car. So most cars are worthless unless u enjoy using cars worse than the minolta and f1

I don`t understand why you can win cars that cannot be entered in races, it makes absolutely no sense. Plus, alot of prize cars have no resale value. Ya go to sell`em & get nothing, not a single credit. Zip. Zero. WTF?

That's why PD, made it a car to win from the F1 races...

It blasts the Toyota Minolta and the 787B away...
You should try the sauber C9 on the 'Ring. Its fun...!

Finally some Real information and confirmed my thought.

You have the PAL game, you must be confused because the GT40 and the 37 Audi come from different races, I have both. I've followed prize car lists based on the USA NTSC version of the game and so far they have been spot on.
