Missing Premium Cars - which surprised you?

I'm a real big fan of Trans Am racing so I'd like that.

I'd also like it if the GT350R was premium and had a race mod...the Cobra really should have a race mod too
 
The Veyron for me.
I mean, it wasn't even in GT4 so they didn't just stick it into GT5 like all the other standard car. They had to make it for GT5. There's no excuse why the Veyron is a standard car.

I'm surprised that the Catrerham isn't premium, because it has no roof whatsoever. Same as the 2J, Seven, and LMP cars. There could be a cockpit camera for these cars, but it's not good enough for PD. But we can still appreciate the new physics of these cars :)

Yes they did!

Veyron was made for GTPSP so yes all they has to do was 'Just stick it in GT5'
 
All those classic Japanese cars, PD didn't even have to leave Japan to model them as most are located HERE right in the toyota museum. Full list.

I know this is off topic, and KWZX10, don't take it personally. I just see that mistake a lot around here, and it bugs me:

The M3 GTR Race Car featured in GT4 and GT5 is NOT and has NEVER BEEN a DTM car. It was an ALMS endurance racer in the (then called) GT class. It has won the Nürburgring 24h in 2003 and 2004. There has never been a DTM car based on the E46 M3.
There has been a "M3 GTR" touring car racer, but this one was based on the E36.
And both these cars are not to be confused with the E92 M3 DTM Concept presented last week, that will take part in next years' DTM. BTW: WOW!!

It's only PD that decided to allow it into their version of "DTM" in the game. Same thing as the R8 race car. Endurance racer, but allowed in so it has a purpose in the game.

Apparently they got hold of one, took pictures etc. and probably modelled it too, but it never made it into the game. I reckon it's hidden on the disk somewhere but couldn't use it due to licensing issues. It would've been a premium, and it's missing, so on topic :D

Also, ones that did make it but in standard form;

MKIV Supra
Ford GT40 (Said to be one of KY's favourite cars, well the GT which was based on it anyway)
Veyron (C'mon, it should have been premium, along with all the other cars which were modelled after GT5 was announced)
