..........Liked but I need some clarification: this "Mitjet" (yeah, I get it) isn't no way, shape or form, related to BMW and Audi, right? So.....how did they get away with such a blatant copyright infringement???

I am not 100% sure but I do know that it is based on a common chassis so it could be the case that BMW France and Audi France gave permission but like I said, I am not certain.
