What equipment will you all use? (Wheel, Dualshock etc.) And what camera angle will you race with?
 
t300, cockpit. As far as the movement settings in the cockpit I dont know. I will have to play around with them. Im not sure about helmet cam either. Just have to wait and see.
 
Yes lots of playing around to be done, wheel settings and view is my first stop.

T300gte and cockpit view will mess about with look to apex and things to get it to my liking also using t3pa wide pedals like the brake mode that comes with it
 
DS4. Will try cockpit view as it looks so good on PCars but I've found on other racing games I do much better with bumper view.

T300GTE, cockpitview. I don't have a rig so my wheel is mounted to my desk.
 
I have a new T300rs with a set of the new Pro pedals coming but modded my 300 pedals with RC shocks like on race department. I have a playseat sv also and that brings up a question maybe one of you guys can answer or confirm for me about hooking all this up.

So i have a hdmi from the PS4 to the tv. I'm using gaming headset so I have it on "all audio" for the headset which makes the sound out of tv no longer work nor will any other hdmi out. I need to hook up my playseat, buttshaker (external from the one in seat) and surround sound. This is my thought, I have a optical audio 1 to 3 splitter coming out of back of PS4. One goes to a L/R audio connector to the playseat, then one optical to surround and then one to the amp for buttshaker.

From what I have read the only way to have separate headset and external sound is by using the hdmi for headseat and then optical out for all other sounds. Any of you guys have a setup like this? I did alot of research on it but just want to confirm from a racer as all the other stuff i read wasn't race related nor did they use splitters.

T500RS with ferarri gte wheel rim,basher boards brake mod,TH8A gear shifter,4x aura bass shakers with a wharfdale amp
and being delivered next week im replacing my playseat alcantara with the new GTomega ART RS6

Unfortunately the only stuff left for sale is a logtech g25 and an xbox360 wireless racing wheel my son is taking the alcantara and my second rig in the games room is being re fashioned into an interperitation of the f1 hyperstim using the leather evo seat and an f1 brake mod with my t500 f1 wheel(modded of course)

No,this applies to gt,this series has its own rules laid out in @STALLIONO s rules and regs and enforced by his appointed staff,and these rules and regs are agreed by the participants upon entry. @STALLIONO is doing a great job and he really doesnt need to be constantly told what he should or shouldnt be doing.
 
T300 yet to know which view buy thinking helmet cam at the mo.

I have my rig pulled as close as poss to my tv,its 55" 3D so with gt its really immersive when you get the fov right and play 3D in cockpit.

No 3D in pcars, only in the future with VR set project morpheus.

DS4 cockpit view :) but I really wanna buy a nice steeringwheel!

Yeh i just had a look online,i can use 2D to 3D conversion which looks good but its not like gt5&6 full sterioscopic 3D
 
T300rs with helmet probably without dof.
