Somebody needs to, because that post is complete and utter gibberish - and you've been told before about this. Not to mention the double-posting. Read this again and this, then change your attitude to the text entry box.

@Spooky Wooky - You can choose to stop posting in this thread or I can ban you from it. Regardless of any other factor, the person who runs the series for which this thread is intended has removed you from it. If you wish to discuss that, it is best to do it using the Conversation system rather than clogging up the thread with it.

Why does fil get constantly told off about his grammar while the other people on this thread who don't post with perfect English don't get pulled up on it?

I hate to call people out, but stalliono himself constantly puts periods in sentences where they shouldn't be, as well as some other minor grammatical errors, sometimes they get so bad that I struggle to understand his messages.

Can we stop playing favourites when it comes to who gets told off, fil's message wasn't perfect English but I understood it fine (maybe because I'm English as well).

I agree with the point that maybe spooky and stalliono should talk about this in private, talking about it on here isn't going to accomplish anything (if anything it's making it less likely that spooky will be allowed back into the series).

Here's my 2 cents,there is a EUA,play within the rules,your OK.I did not join the series, as I thought it would go off the rails. There was a sub forum made,so all the antics,trash talk etc,could be posted there,obviously people need to use that. Stallionio has his series,its his series,he runs it. Play in it or go away.

That's not the problem though, stalliono and spooky fell out over decisions that were being made for the series (specifically the delays to the series so people who didn't bother with the deadline could qualify).

Other people in this series don't get on and they don't get kicked, I don't see why now it should be any different just because it's between stalliono and spooky.

We don't ask for perfection. We ask for "decent" grammar and proper use of capitals. As for why, that's explained in the second link I posted.

We're not concerned about minor grammatical errors, typos or misplaced punctuation. We're concerned about people who habitually post large swathes of text where they haven't even tried to post legibly - particularly when they have already been warned about it.

I do appologise, however, firstly i am having to use an iphone and secondly i am taking very strong pain medication(morphine) and i find it difficult to concentrate, but thats not your problem, is it?.

Fil's inbox might be empty but you can't honestly be saying that your comment wasn't a warning that he's close to getting banned again for double posting and poor English.

It's when you post twice in row instead of putting it all into one post. Like if you replied to two people you're supposed to do it in one post rather than doing a seperate post for each reply.

I'm not the world's biggest fan of Apple, but I'm reasonably sure it has an auto-correct feature and displays your words before you submit them.

Nope. If you do not think you're capable of sticking to your promise to abide by the AUP, don't post. As I say, you have been told about this before so you should be mindful of it at the very least.

Surprisingly, I've got an awful lot of experience with opiates and opioids. I find that when they render me fuggy, it's best not to be on GTP at all.

Incidentally, I've never seen either of the two screen names - nor yours - until today, so I'm not wholly sure how we're supposed to have favourites...

I don't see any warnings about bans whatsoever. I see a reminder to someone who has been told before about their attitude to the AUP.

Now, as it says in the FAQ, if you wish to appeal a moderator's decision, please contact the site owner. Otherwise, there was a topic here and you should continue on it as before - with perhaps some modification by some members of their posting style...

Everyone shows up to Qualify this week. Latest Thursday night or Friday of this week. Again this manner is closed here and on the ps4. Justice was handled, so move on and Practice Road America now.

What, you are making no sense, i am asking you a question for the first time, i would like to know what is happening with the qualifying deadline, when is it? When will the final times be made public? When will team selections be made? How exactly will team selections be made? When will we have the results of team selection? What is the date ofvthe first race?
Theres no need to speek to me with disrespect @STALLIONO as im only asking you a question that only you can answer, i think you meant to say that this matter is closed, and that is exactly what i said, that was my final word on the subject, now move on.
Can you please answer my question and dont get moody just because I disagreed with you for the first time ever.

We're all in here because we love racing games right? Can we stop picking fights with everyone.

People in many countries starve, in some places they get bombed in a daily basis.
Is our biggest problem who uses a capital letter in the beginning of a sentence and who's not?
We're talking about a video game (forum) for crying out loud. Chill.

If Stalliono says it's delayed 2 weeks, then it's delayed 2 weeks, simple.
He has had enough of trying to replace drivers five times over, rules that has to be explained thrice, dates that has to work for everyone, bugs in the game suddenly appearing, finding people who can run lobbies for him, trying to get people to qualify even though they have had 8 opportunities already.

All in all there must have been 70+ names in contact with this series.

Help him out instead.

We should also remember that this series spread over many countries and ages. Trying to get everyone to write with perfect grammar is not gonna work. Just leave it be as long as it's readable.
 
@FIL140 Hopefully the remaining 9 Drivers will be done Qualifying on Thursday. When Qualifying is finished. The Tiers will be made by the fastest to slowest Qualifying Times. Hopefully the Tiers will be completed by Thursday night. Friday i'm hoping the GT Pro Drivers can start picking. Then the GT Pro Drivers can select their cars, Race livery and their 1st of 2 Teammates. Here's how the GT Pros will pick when it's their turn to pick.


1st fastest GT Pro in 1-16 will pick like this.

1st your Car Selection
2nd your Race Livery
3rd your 1st of 2 Teammates
Team Name

I have been trying to help and if you look back over my podts you will see that i have been supportive in tellinv people that its stallionos hard work that gotbus this series and that his decision has to be final, however, too many people wade in when im asking for clarity on decisions, i need to make arrangements for my family and make sure that my kids are dealt with and in bed, my wife doesnt need help and that i have a peaceful space, it may sound silly but i dont get much free time and its all in the planning.
As i said when i joined, this series is perfect for me, the dates, the times and the people, along with the specifics like the rules and regs, thats why i joined and thats what i signed up to, i dont think its fair that things keep getting changed, but if @STALLIONO doesnt mind the extra work and everyone is in, im cool. I do hope that none of you feel offended my my defence of a member, i would and will always speak up for any of you, on or off track.
Looks like dpook and stalli fight went to far to reset but lets not let It happen again guys, we all need to watch each other snd step in with a pm if we see that someone is going to far or if someone else isnt seeing the funny side.
Ill go first @psychoazubi lets put everything behind us ich gib dir mein hand(i give you my hand).

Yeah fresh start no more" DRAMA" please. The 1st Race is June 21st. The 1st page is updated. The changes are final. Hopefully the Patch will help with some issues in the game. To be honest guys. I'm glad the 9 are Qualifying this week. Gives more time for the Patch to come.

21st looks good to me, any news on the patch? Ive looked and found nothing. Do we think it will be done by 21st, i know with f1 game patches it took ages.....?
