or you might wait till the Messiah case is finalised. Messiah is the best one out there, but unfortunately at the moment, they can't sell it. But they are trying (again) in a different country, and if things go well, it will sell out of that country. cross your fingers!!

cycles are refering to Hz, which is a frequency.... Americans use 60hz or 60 cycles in our electricity...120v 60hz... PAL's, I'm assuming use 50Hz...

yea PAL is 50Hz, but if im not mistaken, most newer PAL tv's use 60Hz now, and alot of games support it.
