Finally got my gold Type 95. The gun goes well with my name, don't you think? (hint: 95)
And more importantly got my K:D ratio above 1.8 which I'm pleased of. :) The only reason I can do that though is because I'm great at Sabotage. Anything else then I'd probably be about 1.3. I hope I can get it past 2. That would be some achievement! In MW2 I can remember I found it hard to get past 1, although I usually played S&D back then.
Anyway the Type 95 is definitely the best gun. No compromise. At extreme close range it's instant kill, while medium to long range it's lethal. The only distance it suffers is kinda normal close range. I use silencer with rapid fire. The thing is a BEAST. Stalker is a must have perk with it, though.
:)

I'm playing now and will be on until midnight. If anybody wants to play a bit together, send gogatrs an FR.

Erm, because they did.

Kind of.

The developers are all an amalgamation of previous cod titles developers.

This is officially Activision and some infinity ward.
But there are some Treyarch elements in there, and whoever was left after Infinity got kicked out....

That's why you can't walk through bushes, because in Treyarch land, they are made of SOLID IMPENETRABLE CONCRETE WITH FORCEFIELD!.....

:irked:👍

I think MW3 have missed that kind of specialness that the previous two MW's had. I can't quite explain why, probably because the storyline is lacking interest, spec ops is fun but imbalanced and multiplayer is a bit bland.
It's all a bit frustrating when I look back at CoD4. It just simply worked. The maps were absolutely perfect (except one, I think it was called district) and it was much harder to get such high kill streaks. Sniping was far more dominant, and assault rifles were not so over-powered. It was flawed in some places, but these mishaps were easily overlooked.
MW2 was great, too. I was not disappointed like most people were. The maps worked great and stuff like assist points got rid of some frustration that was found in the previous games. Still there was something missing, though.
MW3 has bland maps that seem to have an uneven mix of complexity and simplicity. The guns are a great mix, but the assault rifles are too powerful. I miss being able to take a shotgun as a secondary in MW2, too.
Kill streak rewards are a bit laughable at times too. I mean think of that tiny chopper you can use to take pictures of enemies to paint them on the radar. Seriously? Juggernaut is cool, but stupid. It can be way too overpowered when used properly within a team effort. Plus it makes the game feel even more unrealistic.

Imagine a Juggernaut holding the Flag in Team Defender :trouble:

Haha. 👍
I remember I had a Juggernaut in Sabotage sudden death. It was the support version (in the assault version you get a LMG instead of a pistol). It was funny because the whole of my team died and the the three guys who were in the other team tried to plant the bomb where I was watching over. Funny stuff lol.

Apologies for the atrocious quality, it should be a bit better :indiff:

👍 nice job!!! congrats on the MOAB!!!

was wondering if u were going to get shot by some of them that was right in front of you....i was like " dont you see him right there near flag a just standing! Kill him".

Guess u'll be getting more now :scared:

I thought that with the Specialist Bonus you get all the Pro Perks, but you only get the Pro versions if you've done so already. I didn't have Dead Silence Pro at the time, so I still took falling damage

Also, does anyone notice how twitchy I am after getting the MOAB?

I got the hardened edition 2 days ago and just finished the campaign. It was the best campaign yet in the COD series.

And so do I. I got a 6 kill streak because they decide to go into the line of fire. I like supporting than actually assaulting, so most of my classes are sniper rifles and SMGs

Mw3 means money wasted 3

I've finally managed to complete every spec ops mission on 3 stars.
I'm moving on to do the campaign on Veteran difficulty now. I got the platinum trophy for MW2, let's see if I can do the same for MW3.

No, it means Modern Warfare 3. :dunce:

I always laugh at the people that act like Call of Duty is a waste of money because it comes out yearly. I paid $60 for the game new (well $100 because I bought the Hardened Edition) and I can absolutely guarantee you that I will put more than 100 hours into the game (wow, that sounds really bad when you say it out loud) so it's actually a damn fine way to spend my money.

It's easy to platinum, Spec Ops was harder than the campaign IMO. The only part I had to spend a bit of time in was the last mission.

I agree. You can only judge what is a waste of money based on your own opinion. Therefore what you think is a waste of money is simply true to only yourself as an individual.
The Modern Warfare series is successful simply because it works, and that it works good. In my opinion though the whole engine seems horribly dated to when I go and play BF3. I just wish there was some way to put MW3's frame-rate and smoothness into BF3. After that it would be in my opinion the closest FPS to perfection ever created.

I think call of duty is always worth the money. All of those cod haters are just battlefield and uncharted fanboys.( theres nothing wrong with battlefield or uncharted, im just saying )

Doesn't mean they're fanboys.

I didn't get MW3 because of the repetition with the constant 🤬 that people get mad over.

COD is a great series its disappointing so many people just like to hate on it because its the ''cool thing '' to do. People say its not relistic news flash on military game demostrates war properly( thats coming from expereince). Granted there are different styles of gameplay for shooters and I respect them all.(battlefield,rainbow6, ghost recon, killzone3 ect).ANyways there are allot of annoying people online but I have met them in every game (including GT5) its just amplified because so many people play the game.

Well it isn't the cool thing to do. I went to final prestige on MW2 and thats it, I wanted more like to choose between ghillie suits or working bipods. BattleField doesn't have every skin with a ghillie suit but it does have a working bipod. The Dirt even kicks up when your in a prone position.

Well it sure does feel like it. If battlefield is your thing cool go play that personally they really shouldnt be even compared. It is like comparine GT5( very technical BF3) to Need for speed Hot Pursuit( Adrenaline pump and superfun MW3). both reacing games but deliver different feelings to the public. I like BF3 I play my brothers copy sometimes when I am over at my parents house( I may get battlefield for Christmas. But when I am in my own house for now I like MW3 and the whole series I am glad the gameplay is the same because thats what COD fans want if you wanted something different then obviously that person should look for a different FPS. I am sorry but allthe Argueing back and forht of wich one is better is just old theonly people that make money off of it are the developers and publishers. WE as games should be thankfull we have so many wonderful choices to choose from the games I have enjoyed this year on my ps3 are alot (Killzone 3,socom 3, Imfamous3,batman arkahm City, Uncharted 3, Metal gear HD collection, Uncharted 3 are just a few) The bickering isnt doing much.

I like COD, but I am not going to spend a years worth of time to get the 10th prestige. Fighting games doesn't require much. A tv, and two controllers. If you want to play a FPS right. Its two tv's, two controllers and headsets ( sometimes you need more than two) I look at MW3 and GOW3 for the story than I didn't with BF3.
