This is just like you suggesting I buy a BMW. Not even remotely on my radar.

Now you know how I feel. Though I think you're just afraid of StarCraft and discovering how good German engineering is :sly:

And an example of what I've been dealing with.

I was at the top of my team... the rest of the team

8 - 19
8 - 16
3 - 14
2 - 15

TDM. Someone left as well that gave up a few kills. But this typical.

It happens to me a lot. I end up playing tdm and I avoid the rest of the team at all costs. It works till they wont stop following me:(

Yay! My kills saved when I prestiged. No more ugly green emblem :). Kinda sad I lost the Stinger and gold for the ACR, but its okay. Only 250 kills till 2500 on the ACR!

I've been both the top player on a losing team and one of these stragglers who is meant to be letting the team down. Honestly though, I feel when 4 of your players have such bad scores it shows you've been outplayed by the other team. I find the top player is often lucky being in the right place at the right time and/or taking everyones kills (What were your teammates' assists?). I remember when I used to do this on Cod4, it used to be a result of me deliberately going the opposite way around the map to my teammates, so I would get all the kills and my teammates got all the attention from enemy fire  Often it's better to work as a team at the expense of your own score. The only problem is the maps don't allow it, they're all just big squares with 5-10 routes inbetween. No dead ends, no choke points, no fall back positions, it is just literally forcing people either to run around the map disregarding their team objectives or camp in a corner where you are of no use to your team at all, because if you stay in one place too long whilst covering your teammates you get enemies spawning behind you.

When your teammates are doing that bad it's because they are making dumb choices that cause them to get caught it kill feeds, which there is nothing you can do but try to flank the enemy. Going the same way they do is completely pointless as there are enemies waiting and you'll be no help anyway. Plus with the way the team making works a high score is more likely to get you on the better team for some reason. So don't try to help random struggling noobs, fend for your self because the can't help you.

The leaderboards are screwed up. I was 29000 in the world in Kill Confirmed yesterday, now I'm somewhere in the 30 million range. :dopey: I also don't think Daniel is 308 million in kills?

Yea on the top of my leaderboards on my friends list is a guy thats level 32 for kills. Somethings wrong.

I may be on after the football games. Less than 30 kills away from 2500 with the ACR, about 450 away from 1000 with the Predator. I think I'm about level 27 already again .

I'll be on after Tim Tebow is done playing.
Should we try to do a party tonight? (On PS3)

My sister was in my room playing and she got killed by a MOAB. she was like "WTF was that?" and I lol'd.

Argh, there's countless times where I've been so close to a MOAB - so annoying :grumpy:
Was a few kills away from an FFA MOAB on mission but made the mistake of switching to my MP9 for a long range fight when I already lost a bit of health.

At least I got a MOAB in Dome, that was a pretty hard feat :p (got killed by a MOAB on Seatown the very next game )

To get a MOAB does it have to be all regular kills?

Also, my kill streak in the leaderboard/rankings seems to have omitted the time I got 18 kills with an Osprey Gunner that I got from a care package (My best killstreak is still 6 apparently). Do killstreaks only take into account regular kills? I remember in MW2 I think it was, kills from killstreak rewards contributed to your streak, which was good (I know MW1 definitely did this, not 100% sure of MW2).

Only regular kills count towards your MOAB killstreak. And your overall killstreak in the leaderboards only includes regular kills, and (I think) MOAB kills count towards it as well 👍

Have I mentioned how much I love using the Recon Drone. The other day I went 12-15-4 and was the top score, better than guys with 20 kills. It's just so much fun flying it around.

Also, I FINALLY got my K/D above 1.5. I was stuck around 1.47/1.48 for the longest time, and with a bunch of real good games the past few days I've hit 1.503.

The Recon Drone is the best support killstreak to me. Enemies appear on the mini map until they die and you can tag anyone, even people running blind eye and assassin. It really helps the team overall. I've had games of kill confirmed and tdm where my team would be losing but after calling in a recon drone we would get ahead and go on to win.

I'm done for now. Gave MW3 back to my cousin today since he finally wants it back. May pick up a copy at some point. I've had fun with it despite its flaws.

What's wrong with them being in the Support package? The EMP is definitely a defensive, support type reward. As for the Stealth, it's an incentive to use the Support package. Assault is stacked, and something would have had to go to keep the Stealth in. This way it gives people another option in addition to helping their team.

And it isn't like they can just be spammed either. Not a lot of people that run support are KD monsters. Though I did have a game where no less than 6 EMPs went off... that was a weird game though.

Quick question, what game mode is most popular to get a Moab?

I actually came close to one on team tactical today.
I'd say either kill confirmed or domination.

Ground War was my preferred mode for Nukes in MW2, and seems to be a solid bet for a MOAB, provided you play smartly and don't get some random SMG runner in your face.

Ok but I'm sure they'll be a random smg runner at some point. Hopefully I can drop him quick.
