You can't? I was wondering why I hadn't, that was a pain in the butt in MW2.

I only use the care package if it's one of the default classes. But I usually run out of ammo when I finally call it in :ouch:

I'm using it because I'm trying to whore Predators to get my gold title. I've gotten one or two from the Packages so far. I've only got 88 more kills to go.

I'm thinking after I get my 1000 I may switch to Specialist and start going for MOABs, and messing around with new guns.

Quickscopers and campers will always be there.

Well, campers, I could deal with. Quickscopers, on the other hand, are a total problem. Why can't people realize sniper rifles are for long range engagements and is a cheap kill when quickscoping? One killed me 5 kills away from a MOAB today.

Anybody watch WoodysGamerTag?
Apparently gun game might come to pub lobbies!
(according to David Vonderhaar)

I watch him, and I've completely forgiven him for being xbox exclusive since he lives in North Carolina. I would love if gun game did come to pub lobbies. I just hope that all systems would receive the patch at the same time. Only problem would be the knife only people like in Black Ops. Oh, and David Vonderhaar is Treyarch, Robert Bowling is Infinity Ward.

The problem with gun game is that there's a ton of spawn camping. If they can fix that it'll be awesome.
And oops, my mistake :P

Cheap kill? I don't think so. With the long reload time you gotta makes sure that first bullet is on target or you'll lose. I've been trying to become better at quickscoping and it is harder than the complainers make it out to be. My KD is much better with assault rifles but it's mighty satisfying to put someone down with one bullet (then hear them rage). I'm more of a drag-scoper.

Yes, it is a cheap kill. Why should someone else have to put several bullets in another person when someone else can just put one bullet in at any range? Also, bolt actions aren't the only sniper rifles. The Barrett has a better kill area then the L96. Also, whats a drag-scoper?

You want to know something funny? I've never seen a quick scoper with a better KD than me. In any of the games I've played to date, and I'm 7th prestige.

They are annoying, but certainly not game breaking. Almost like a coin toss - if they miss they die, if they hit they generally win. Really, you just have to come at them using cover, which you should be doing most of the time anyhow.

Like, what is your KD?

My KD is microscopic at .65.

I know, I suck. :(

It means nothing though, and has nothing to do with your skill level.
I've seen people as low as 0.23, only because they play splitscreen with younger siblings haha

Then the reality is quick-scopers aren't your problem.

Pay more attention to how you move around the map and use cover. If you find campers are players in areas that are giving you trouble, just avoid those areas. Keep an eye on the mini-map to see where your team mates are and are dying at - this will give you a rough idea where the action is and where to expect a flank at.

One of the big things I see players doing is chasing enemies. If a enemy runs by and you don't kill him, don't go out into the open to chase. Someone else on your team can likely clean him up if he is wounded. But chasing, you never know if he has a buddy right behind him and so on.

Another thing is reload syndrome - reloading after you kill someone. If you are aiming and taking a moment, you can get 3 kills per clip on most guns, and if you can't kill someone when you have half a clip left, you'll probably die anyhow. So instead, pick and choose where you reload and don't be afraid to use your secondary till you are in a safe spot to reload. For instance, in large fire fights, generally around Domination points, I'll eventually empty the clip on my FAD or MP7, then I switch to my MP9 and stick with it till I can get back a bit and the action is over. Why stay on the MP9? It has a faster reload than an AR or SMG and I don't lose time switching back and reloading the primary. On classes without Slight of Hand Pro, I generally use handguns for the secondary, just because of the swap time - which lets me finish off someone if we both end up with empty clips often.

Anyhow, what I am trying to say is some small adjustments in play can make a huge difference.

Okay, thanks. I do my best to look for skulls and I glace up at my mini-map about once every 4-5 seconds. I also have been more cautious as of late with cover and such. My reload strategy is to wait till the screen in clear of movement, duck behind and put my back to something like a desk or barrel, but I'm usually lucky enough that I don't need cover and just reload right away. I also do my best to not shoot at people as they run by at a distance if a teammate isn't over in the direction they are going.

What does a Roman numerals over a prestige icon signify?

How? This guy is crazy..

17 to go.

I'll be at 11th if I play some more MW3 in the weekend but I probably won't due to GCI, Journey and BF3.

I've got hardly any titles for Assault killstreaks , I always use Specialist or Support.

Don't tell me you are that guy, that guy running the Stealth Bomber.

I hate that it is a support kill-streak. Hard to avoid, covers the whole map, and a blind kid can get it once per game usually. Been killed a couple of times by them when a kill or two off from a MOAB and had no where to run.

That's something that bugs me too. Especially in the longer games. Any n00b can get 14 kills in a game.
