Robert Bowlling is gone.

He doesn't take out perks or change the game. Developers do. XBOX is more important because Activision is paying Microsoft to get everything early.

Thank god he resigned.

His input has little effect on what happens to the game. Are you really mad that they took out Second Chance?

Good, I'm mad at him for taking out second chance/last stand, and for thinking xbox was more important then PS3.

Last Stand was probably the stupidest perk in the game. I'm honestly irritated they left Final Stand in. It and Dead Man's hand are the two stupidest things in MW3, with the Stealth Bomber right behind them.

You think they are stupid. I think they are great.

How do you have fun using that perk? The only people who use it are people who are bad or trying to be an arse.

The KD does not matter, it is just a number. What really counts is the amount of fun you have.

+1. Mine is a measly 0.84 but that doesn't mean I'm a that bad of a player. I have a friend who's a 1.47 and tbh he's terrible lol

Does it matter to you what set up another person uses? People have fun in various ways, may that be using set ups that are considered 'cheap' by a majority or the insanely overused set ups. It all depends on personal preference.

Getting killed by someone who has died 6 times in a row because they are running Dead Man's Hand and ran straight at you is not fun, and honestly has ended some huge killstreaks of mine. It is rewarding players for being terrible.

Final Stand I wouldn't have as much issue with if players just died if you head shoted them or if there was more delay from them falling to them shooting. Right now, I barely have time to realize they are in final stand and act before they can kill me with their gun.

I understand wanting to help players that aren't doing well. Juiced, the high damage bullets, and that other death streak work fine. Hell, the drop a grenade one is okay cause at least you have a moment to react.

Cheap isn't entirely subjective, seeing how it comes from what is the easiest to profit from. Running a Silenced ACR, Slight of Hand, Quickdraw, and Steady Aim is basically a one trick Pony class. Especially if the secondary is Akimbo FMGs. If you also run Dead Man's Hand with it, I'd basically call it a Try Hard class.

Basically, getting kills for something you didn't really do qualifies as cheap as well, so yeah.

Fair enough.

Ah, good. Now if we can just get this way of thought back to the GT5 section of the site.

Sure, it may not be fun for the person who gets killed but it is for the person who is using it. All these first-world problems can be fix very easily. Now lets end this useless squabbling, we don't want another instance like a few pages back, do we?

Well, I find it ironic that you want to sell this game do to quick-scopers because its "cheap" but you are upset that arguably cheaper things in the game were removed. While also defending some of no-talent deathstreaks. At least with quick-scoping, there is some skilled involved. With Dead Man's hand, all it requires is that you run straight at the enemy over and over and basically be terrible. It doesn't encourage you to improve. Basically, it is trolling - guy plays awesomely, reacts quickly, etc, drops you fast every time, but now this time you have Dead Man's Hand because you didn't learn from past mistakes. Thus, his 20 something kill streak is now ended because you're terrible. No mistake on his part.

It is the other persons fault for killing the same person over and over. From the way you talk, you are just like all the others. You do what others do and share the opinions of almost all the other people out there. It is just a simple case of 'monkey see, monkey do' with a lot of people. I just have a different mind set. I am still mad with quickscopers though. There is a major difference between cheap and exploit.

It isn't an exploit  Pretty sure the design team is fully aware of it, fully aware people use it, and thus why it was put back in after Black Ops.

And how it my fault I defend a domination point repeatedly, and the guy isn't smart enough to re-evaluate his "strategy" to get the point? Or, you know, that guy got killed by several different people and this time, on his 6th death, I happen to kill him? How is that my fault? How is him being horrible at the game my fault?

Honestly, it punishes good players far more than it helps bad players.

From the way you describe it, it seems like you are right next to the flag all the time, or at least looking at it non-stop. That is considered camping.

 Faulty logic - you defend the flag often, there for you must never move.

I defend whatever flag is being captured. On maps like Arakaden, it is hard to not get close to A if you are also defending B regularly. Oh, and FYI, I get nomad regularly. Which is most distance traveled. Which is also why, due to me moving around the map, I will be close to enemy players and have to deal with idiotic death streaks.

But it is okay, you can attempt to invalid my points with attempts on my character.

LOL @ guarding a point = camping. There's nothing to do when your team controls all 3 points other than prevent people from capturing them. The easiest way to achieve this is to watch over the spot, not run to where you hope they'll be. There's a big difference between NEVER moving and patrolling an area.

Also, Last Stand/Final Stand are stupid as is Dead Man's Hand.

Yeah, I can stand the rest of them, and I'd stand DMH more if the explosion wasn't so huge. If it was the size of a normal C4 explosion the I wouldn't mind it so much.

Well, ideally, you only want two or else the spawns go insane. Worst thing you can do if you have A and B is have someone try to take on Arakaden. Then they'll start spawning around A, and it goes to hell in a hand basket fast.
