I don't mean that obvious stuff. I'm used to the Support pointstreak so I'm a little more reckless then normal. Maybe I'm just not lucky enough to get a killstreak.
 
Managed to buy collection 1 DLC on PS3 and had £0.03 left after. A quick look around the maps on survival mode and they look really good. I got lost on my first attempt of Overwatch at wave 24 solo which got me killed by a helicopter, I ventured into the other side of the map to keep away from the juggernauts but didn't realise that there wasn't much cover.
 
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection #1 Now Available to all PSN

Activision has announced today that the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection #1 is now available to everyone on the PlayStation Network.

Content Collection #1 includes the brand new multiplayer maps Liberation, Piazza, Overwatch and Black Box along with new Special Ops Missions Black Ice and Negotiator, marking the first time Special Ops has been made downloadable online in franchise history.

No, but seriously, if you are wanting to group up, then you do not need the great players. A group of three or four good players that work well together will destroy other teams in pub matches, assuming the randoms are not completely useless and rack up a huge number of deaths. If anything, limiting your deaths is a better trait to have in a TDM player. Kills will come your way if you are a bit patient and your movements have a purpose.
 
Black Box is a definite Assassin/Sniper campfest, btw. You can't move around the map without taking a .50 to the head.

Over priced then...like always. I don't like this game enough to spend that, i'd rather have 4 pints to be honest
 
Being playing HC mosh pit with the 4 new DLC maps over the weekend. Got to say, they're pretty decent maps.

Is anyone still playing this? - it's been weeks since i've seen anyone on my friends list still playing it. I was expecting renewed interest when the new stuff got released to non-Elite subscribers.
 
I have not turned on my PS3 in months. I can dust off the PS3 and group up with some GTPers if you would like to have a GTP pub stomping again like we did in MW2. Though, I would guess my ability to play this game has probably diminished some since I have been playing PC games exclusively for five months.
 
MW3 doesn't really have the same appeal as MW2. I do like the game, but even with the new maps, I still have the feeling I'm playing the same maps, in a different setting.
 
hey, guys. is it just me or is mw3 getting to be a grind? playing dom, infection, and ffa gunplay gets kinda boring after a while.
 
It can be a grind sometimes. I only ever play MW3 for MOABs, screwing around, Infection and Team Defender with a party.
I hardly ever play TDM because it's too short, Hardcore is an Assassin-fest, and Search & Destroy is an Assassin/Noob-Scoper* fest.

*Noob-Scoper is a term I just came up with to describe those who use a Barrett as an automatic rifle, ultimately fail to do so, and switch to *insert akimbo MPs here* to get a kill or two.
 
Some people can be so dumb sometimes. I met up with a guy who was using the Spas 12 and was aiming down sites. What makes it dumb was he was using Steady Aim as his 3rd tier perk. :ouch:

I ads with shotguns out of habit. And it helps with headshots.
