I can quickscope, I just choose not to because the majority of "quickscopers" I see online are those who spam with the Barrett like it's an automatic rifle, then switch to their FMG's and spam those instead.
I acknowledge that there are quickscopers are good. But it's not quickscoping if you run around with steadyaim and no-scoping.

I find it funny when snipers spam-fire, when i hear that it just makes me think of someone raging that they didnt hit the guy with the first shot. My cousin is pretty good at quickscoping with the MSR and L18, though I am absolutely horrible at it. I'm even horrible at hardscoping 👎
 
anyone know if dlc collection 2 is already cycled into the normal production rooms? I cant get enough of oasis and foundation, but would still like more of a cycle rather then having to play just those certain maps on the collection playlist.

edit...Sorry didnt know i was the last post on this thread, didnt mean to go Dping you guys.
 
Is Collection 2 even out for PS3 now? I thought the latest was Foundation and Sanctuary. Unless the entire lobby has Elite Premo, then the maps will only be either the Vanilla maps or DLC Collection 1.

It was a while before your two posts, so you'll be fine 👍

Ah my bad i forgot to mention the post was for Xbox users(i was just hoping that i might hopefully find one or two here). Havnt had a ps3 in a few months so when I post I forget that im posting on the PS3 forum haha.

I've played on Collection 1 maps in normal playlists, so you should be able to play Collection 1 or 2 maps in normal playlists if everyone has them 👍

Yeah, reason I was asking is because i want to get some S&D going, for some reason I've been really into it these past few weeks. I just figured because Collection 2 just came out on xbox, it might be to new for it to be cycled into regular playlists. Played a few rounds in normal playlists and didnt see any of the recent maps, but maybe luck was against me.
 
I thought about playing the other day. I like the newer maps a little and I've been doing some survival but I haven't played online since december so I'm not sure I want to dive back into it.
 
Play some infected or FFA Gunplay. It can be pretty fun :D

Or Ninja Defuse, that's always fun 👍

I always try to ninja defuse but i pick the worst ninja spots :( i almost had one but got stuck on some rail and the guy saw me :( Thats one of the main reasons im getting into S&D.. i've seen one to many ninja defuse videos haha.

Why on all the ninja defuse videos I have seen, is the guy sitting there switching wepons like crazy while he's waiting on them to plant?

If the enemy doesnt have good vision or is in a rush, the character sorta looks like he is dead if you keep switching the weapon. Although if you do it in the open not hiding then it would be pretty easy to tell that its a live character.
 
^ What he said. If you repetitively switch weapons in MW2 or 3, your character glitches out and freezes. It can also work with holding a tac-insert or similar.

In Black Ops it didn't work so people held tac-inserts or grenades like Semtex or any Tacticals.

That's dumb. So ninja defusing is glitching. I am going to try it though with some friends in private matches who only play S&D. Maybe it will be another reason I can get them away from COD.
 
If you believe that Weapon Swapping is glitching, then hold a Semtex, Tac-Insertion or similar instead. You stay relatively still, but your character's head sometimes looks up and around to check his surroundings, so it's not glitching.

Besides, a Weapon Swapper looks a lot different to a dead person, so people can still tell if you're alive or not if they're careful.

If switching back and forth between weapons gives you an advantage because it makes your guy sit still, then that's a glitch. I couldn't imagine them making the game and thinking "Hey let's make it so if you switch weapons really fast people won't notice you as easy". But then again it is COD so I guess anything should be fair game.

Well really you dont even have to do it fast. Your character is never completely still, even while doing this, like Daniel said, your character still moves his head around(he looks left and right as if hes scanning for people.) All it really looks like is as if hes about to draw a pistol mounted to a strap on his leg. (which would make sense, if your switching to a secondary.) Also what he mentioned, if you hold a semtex, it doesnt look different at all from the "ninja defuse" videos. Because your character looks like that, its easy to skip over it especially if you have Assassin Pro.

btw all I do is have slight of hand pro with duo FMG9s. The switch from riot shield to FMG9s is so quick that there isn't enough time to react. So its funny running around with my riot shield and usually having the most kills in a Search match :).

Also sometimes I play Domination and try to find those hardcore clans that spawn trap the other teams and usually get so many kills as they easily influence where the other team spawns. So when I play against these types of clans, I'd get my tactical insertion, hide it on an opposite side of the map, and just run around with my tactical knife knifing those guys. Its very easy as all of them are just standing around staring down their scopes at the area of respawn. And BOOM they get knifed out of nowhere and its so funny hearing them complain on the MICs.
"WHERE DID HE COME FROM?"
"HOW DID HE GET BEHIND ME?"
But I got to hide the tact insert good so they don't find it >.>.

So yea, I don't really play this game like a normal person :D.

I don't know what I've done in a previous life to deserve getting put on the same team as a bunch of useless morons every time I play! :ouch:
 
I managed to buzz kill at least 5 people from near-MOABs yesterday (all in different lobbies). They must've been so mad :lol:

I actually found someone who has camping his way to a moab, at kill 23 I sent him a message : Look behind you. He jumped up, and then I knifed him. :lol:

Reached 40 with two MOABs back-to-back (#39 on Résistance, #40 next game on Hardhat).

Here's to 50! (I'm not gonna get anymore cause I'll probably get sick of MW3 by then :lol:)
