im 14 and i don't know why i can't really use chat programs but i assume it's from viruses because he says that he doesn't want any viruses and my mom says i can when i ask her but then my dad tells me to delete the program

oh and im not scared of viruses, because my computer is six years old and we need a new one but he doesn't want to get a new one since he has a laptop from work
