That about sums it up. Power is unnecessary for exhibition.;)
 
Not exactly. It's the driver, not the car. It's just that we're better experience and can better push lesser tuned cars to their limits. A tuned car can go ever farther with the right driver.
 
nah dude it takes more skill to keep a low hp car sliding, a low power car focuses on the turn,, otherwise u have no chance of beating a high hp car
 
well I mean't if you power drift.... Which I do with the vette... and it's a b**** to keep sideways.
 
i went from 1048 on my r34 to 645 or 450hp on my r34 and found better to drift with

nah man, you got it wrong, I'm not laughing at you.. it is just coincidence that all MD members in this battle are using S14s... jeesh.. I"m still your friend bro.. stop acting like I haven't drifted before.. :rolleyes:

Were all using low powered S14s, because we want to show that low power can do just as good, if not better, than high power, in an exhibition setting. ;)
 
Ok, it's cool. We decided that we'd all use the S14 for this challenge.

You just might after you see our vids. Hopefully after seeing 3 guys use the same car on the same sections you'll really get to notice each driver's distinct style.
 
Something just occurred to me. How are we supposed to know for sure that it wasn't just one member doing all three entries for their team? I dont' think anybody here would do that, but you never know. :odd: ;)
You should just require three entries from each team. That way it won't matter either way.

We're gonna have different wheels. Plus if you've seen us drift before you'll be able to tell the difference. Plus we don't need to have just one person do all the vids. We're all good here.

Well Mark, if you put it that way, then anyone can cheat and just do all the vids. It wouldn't matter what car they used cause they can just switch each time. Anyway, you get my point.
