Getting started is a bit of a pain in the ass. You have to find a street you want to buy that is less than $3M. Click the Buy button and it'll then ask you for a login, password, security question, blah, blah, blah. After that, it's pretty easy.

It can be glitchy, or bit tricky to navigate at times. I had bit of adjusting at first, figured few things as I proceeded. I thought the registering went OK though.

P.S. Your avatar power ranger thing look just like my favorite Sun Vulkan. :D

I had the same problem and missed the first 10 days, and now I'm way behind.

When I finally go it to load on the map screen (are you getting that far?) I picked a street to 'buy' and it finally would let me register. The stupid 'enter the word' security check never worked, so I did the audio sample which was funny to listen to. Once I did that, I was ready to go!

Make sure you purchase a 1 million dollar street or slightly higher. That way you earn the full rent! Only place Green houses and you'll earn 100% return on your investment.
 
Ok, I bought a street in my city that's next to a golf course and has some nice houses. I built Grid Buildings and green houses on it. How do you get special buildings and chance cards and all that? I think I spent like a million or close to it, and now it's worth 3mil with my buildings. Rent value is 1,887k.

Too bad you didn't read my post above...

Only Green Houses in the beginning. Buying houses is how you earn HB and BB and Money Chance cards.

The GH is best to start with because it's cheap, you can buy a lot which earns you more Chance Cards, and it earns you 100% return on your investment if you buy a street worth 1 million or more.
 
Isn't it possible to just make a whole bunch of accounts and buy streets with them, and then just make lowball offers with your master account so that you can consolidate all the properties into one giant empire?

That's a tactic, but not as you described. You must make an offer that is 100% of the face value of the property, and can't go over 50% of the property value.

However, you can have the smaller accounts buying your established streets for that extra 50% in profit, but it can only go so far. You can only sell/purchase a street (the same street) once every 24 hour period.

Also, it's good to make several accounts (use different names) and use them to attack people. Normally, you just discard your Demo and Hazzard Chance Cards (CC) unless you have an enemy to attack but you want to avoid your 'main' account for these attacks.

EDIT: Is any body else having problems? It's super slow, and I also keep getting 'Script Problem' warnings asking me if I want to shut down.

Then I'd like to nominate ALBA(Group)

GALBA1 is worth 108M
GUSALBA is worth 47M
GUSALBA1 is worth 39M
GALBACAS is worth 24M

Total worth 220M, 26 streets, 24 bonus buildings.

As I said earlier, they have been less of a nuisance than the GOTRYTHIS(Group), maybe 65% as troublesome, and are better protected. Other than that, they are about the same total worth, but with 4 accounts slightly more dangerous.

For reference, TB's main account is worth 511M, and my combined (Good) worth is 340M.

I'll hold off on attack until I have 3 confirmed allies.

I got tired of waiting. Too bad there's no street open but one. Oh well, I have a lot of money, but the game is glitchy. I don't think I can be much of a support.

I'm IN! (since I already 'fired a shot.')

EDIT: Damn! I'm still getting script errors! I cannot play this game anymore. Any solutions?

EDIT: Thats 9mil of rent gone for GUSALBA. I built a sewage works on a expensive st.

I got Stadium down on his 629 street, and there's 3 more BB to go. It's his biggest street.
 
Guys, I'm struggling with this game ( I only have 2 streets) I'm trying to buy the street that is pretty much the closest street in the game to where I live but I just can't get him to sell it to me lol. Could someone help me out a bit and persuade him to sell it by locking it down. I know It's a bit evil but I really want the street lol.

If anyone feels like doing it it's Clewlows bank, staffordshire moorlands, uk.

Anyway, are there any empty streets left? I spent almost an hour finding a sizable (10 to 20 M) street but can't seem to find any. They should add an advance filter search function, because this get's really frustrating.

Do a search for Karnak, ND. You should see three of the Monopoly signs to the north of town. If you move a bit further north, you will see another sign. Double-click the sign and then click the Buy Streets stack of cash. The list should have 7th St SE for 10,488,000.

Lol I know, I've boosted my offer up now and it's pretty high so he should accept it. If he doesn't ill bulldozer his stadium and plant all sorts of hazards on the road :D

Don't matter man. If you get attacked, you should let us know. As long as we stick together, we should be able to discourage them, and still come out OK. I don't want to lose Solid, though. He's like a battalion of tanks in war situations! :D

P.S. I'll find a spot for my new factory on one of ALBA's places. 👍

EDIT: Can someone take down the last bonus building on M-629? That would the prime spot for the new factory!

This sucks! I'm just dead in the water. Only one or two accounts are working properly and those are my 'good' accounts that I only use large buildings.

I still don't know why I'm have script and loading problems with certain accounts. The usual problem of stored CC or alerts have been cleared, so I don't know why it's such a problem.
 
Just closed down GALBACAS's only decent road - losing him 22M in rent.

Sitting here with 2 hazards, but no demo's as I neede them all to clear my own streets tonight. :(
 
Hey, M-629 has 5 new BB! How did that happen? This is his GALBA1 account. Which one are you guys attacking?
 
He's very much online and has hit me 12 times in the past 8 hours. I guess he's rebuilding his best roads as quick as we can hit him.

Great, the one time I need my accounts to be as responsive as possible, they take literally 3 minutes to purchase one building. :rolleyes:

This attack seems a mess. I have a Demo card, but don't know where to put it. You tell me where it needs to go, and I'll put it there.

This attack needs to be better organized now he's online. It's anything but, right now.
 
As soon as we have 2 (or better 3) demo's ready, I have the hazards to shut down one road. Not sure which yet, but we don't have enough demo cards yet either.
 
GALBA1 and M-629 does seem to be his biggest moneymaker, so at the expense of 5M in rent, I've taken down another BB there.

Someone is not playing fair. I've now found his 6th account:

That right there is a perfect lesson in why NOT to create multiple accounts with similar names. I know they are all the same person, and I'm sure everyone else here will think the same, whereas he will have no way of telling which GTP accounts are from the same person.
 
I have a demo for 629 ready to go. But, I'm having such a problem with all this delay with script errors, it's going to be a while for I can play it.

I'm so sorry. I waited for a little bit, but I left. Sounds like we might have missed our big chance. He still have three bonus buildings.

I'm thinking about just tossing this one, wait until we get more demolition cards. What do you guys think?
