Now click on the (my) owners name to get to my profile. Does this street appear anywhere in it? Nope. It's been that way for at least a week, but does not pay me any rent, nor affect my tax liability.
Now try the same for;
Pebble Hills Blvd
This one has also been stuck for at least a week, but does pay me rent, and does affect my tax liability. I'd love to be able to build more on it, or dispose of it so that I can buy another more valuable street, but nothing I do will make it go away.
I originally had my main account + second/test account.
Today, that second account has become my main, and I have added two more accounts, pretty much just to get the chance cards to demolish and hazard. Only in the defense of myself, or my fellow gtp'ers, of course.
I originally had one, then two, then ten accounts, but after they implimented the 5 accounts per IP/computer rule I cut it down to 4 main (home) accounts, and 4 away (work) accounts with the last two being practically abandoned.
The main (home) accounts get a lot of attention at all times of the day, while the away (work) accounts get the occasional attention, maybe only 30 minutes between them per weekday. They mostly collect rent, throw down a few spears, and chuck the occasional hazard at our targets. These (and to a lesser degree the abandoned accounts) are mostly used as 'holding accounts', holding onto additional roads that I will want to develop when I run out of space on my existing ones. I'll admit though that they do also occasionally make above face value offers to my main (and sometimes other peoples) accounts for weaker roads.
The abandoned accounts have only been accessed twice since the anti-cheating measures were introduced, once on my parents computer, and once on my brothers laptop. Just enough to keep practically worthless, but nonetheless important to me roads out of play.
