I have a chunk of I-94 with absolutely nothing on it for 44,067,000.

38th St. is also lovely and is a very reasonable 143,496,000.

And let's not forget 15 Ave. N at 151,113,000 and 36th St at 154,024,000. :D

I am such a road whore!

For anyone interested, give me a budget and I'll see what I can do to hunt you down a road...
 
I said I was through, and I am. I logged in yesterday and today just to watch the decay. . .. I earned 1 million each day, as all 3 of my streets are sabotaged. Oooh! Ahhh! The pain.

No actual activity or income for 2 days running and I'm still 4th on the local leaderboard. My town sucks, huh!

That is the values of the streets, yes. The rent is, sadly, lower than that. 38th St (worth $143.5M) fetches $52.5 in rent per day. See why I started putting in the $5M Spears now? :sick:

Also. I found a stretch of Interstate for $6M (Turah, Mt) and Bonita Ranger Station Rd. for $2M.
 
Anybody notice I took down a school of that LEIF guy? :D

Just one more Bonus building, and we can sabo his street. :)
 
My rent for tomorrow should be quite nice. I have a few roads of win.

All my streets are worth over 10 mil and I am a happy business man:).

Wow! The most expensive road I found was $33 million. I too went hunting for big streets. I have about three dozen ready to go. 👍

I'm saving my stretch of I-94 until I can do it up properly. No long stretches of Green Houses on that one! I will use the GH's to fill in wherever I can, though.

Edit: If you're looking for long, straight roads, there are none better than back country North Dakota.[/daily lesson]

Edit Edit: Like this one. Ten and a half miles long, $10.5M.

But that's not a good return on your investment. You can find plenty of roads to use. Use Poly buildings are the best bet.

Oh, LEIF's Repton Rd. has been shut down. We need one more demo on a Bonus building on Oprington Bypass which makes him $5 mil a day!

For the price of 1 Spear you could build 12 Poly's. That Spear will make 1.3M/day while the 12 Poly's will make about 4M. Buuuut if you replace the 12 Poly's with 12 Spears, you'll make 15.5M. Three times as much per day, every day.

Once you get a road that you're planning on keeping (like my I-94), go with the highest rent, not the best percentage. When you first start down this path, initially you'll be a bit screwed and people might start passing you in rank but in the long term, you'll make a ton more and will catch back up.

Yes, but you can sell the Polys and purchase the Spears. I Think there's a point to making more that way, or at least that's how I see it.

But, why not keep the Polys, and just purchase a new road? So, 12 Spears = 144 Polys. 144 Polys = 50,400,000 while 12 Spears only earn 18,000,000.

EDIT COME ON, GUYS! We need more demos on LEIF's property! I just had to get rid of a Hazzard because of no space to place it!

EDIT 2 Never mind, I got it! :D His big property is now open to sabo! 👍 But, we still need demos on his other properties!

EDIT 3 I got it shut down. The other properties still need demo!

This game hates me! haha...

Just about every time i get a chance card, its me owing money :( So far i've probably dropped 3 million networth today on them alone :(
 
Time for me to do some out-loud-thinking. It's going to get ugly quick. Stick with me.

Let's say that you are making $50M/day and have a road that has a maximum of 200 building spaces. If you put as many Spears on it as you can every day until it's full, it'll look something like this.

Now let's say that you are making that same $50M/day and with the same road place as many Poly's on it as you can until it's full:

Results: In the same 17 days, you'll end up making, surprisingly, the same amount of cash but the Spears will easily start to pull ahead on day 18 and widen the gap from there on.

This one is a bit tougher to figure out. At least for me. Same road. Same spaces, but this time you buy 125 Poly's to get some quick cash flowing then fill the rest up with Spears. Once the Spears are placed, you then sell the Poly's back for half price to free up space for more Spears. Same 17 day run:

Almost half a billion ahead after 17 days. It's more work, building and demolishing, but it's good for $424M.

Bear in mind that I am no the least bit sure about the last one as there are likely errors galore in it. It's entirely too late for me to be doing this crap. :lol:

He won’t gain his rent from the Hurricane rd no more. He only has the Benjamin rd left.

No, he still has two more. You need to click on "NEXT" to see his other two streets.
 
If anyone has a hazard card, NDVOL hit me about an hour ago so I took out his only bonus on 14 Ave. ;)

Any comments on my rent calcs? I've been looking the last one over and I know it's wrong, but I'm not sure how to go about fixing it.

I'm not sure what he demolished of mine (all it says is NDVOL had bulldozed a building), but that's not really the point, is it? :D
 
LEIF has an open spot on one of his last two streets! Time to hit that with a Hazzard!

EDIT: NDVOL has a big street that needs a demo. It'll make him 2.6 mil if we don't hit it. It's College St. so who ever has a demo card, hurry up and play it.

NDVOL now has a second power station on 14th Avenue as there was no space left on his other streets.

Tommorrow I'd appreciate it if everyone could help me out with someone. I'll name them after 0:00GMT, and show why they deserve some wrath.

No, he sold one of his streets and bought a new one. It's set to make him 10million. It's name is Hurricane Rd. and it has a Hazzard on it, yet two Bonus buildings. How's that possible? :crazy:

EDIT OK, I have a Demo card and a Hazzard card ready to go. I want to use it on LEIF's Hurricane Rd. which has two Bonus buildings. However, the one account is my 'good' account and I don't want to use if for attacks. I will, this once, if it means somebody has a demo card to take out the second Bonus building. If not, I wont bother attacking him. I want to try to stay under the radar as much as possible, but if it's a guarantee take down, I'll expose my account.

The most valuable Hurricane Road's I can find are valued at 3.6M and 4.7M, and both are still held by the bank.

I've just doubled up on Benjamin road with another prison, and am hoping for a demolition card in the next half hour - have 2.4 million to spend towards it, and another prison waiting in the wings.

Edit; I've got that Demolition card too now. Ready when you are.

When I get payed I would like to buy a road off one of you guys for around 15-20 mil, if someone could sell me theirs or find me a nice rich road it would be appreciated.

He still has two Bonus Buildings up. Are you sure you used it? If you did, it supports something hinky is going on. He has a Hazzard and yet two Bonus buildings?

How does 20,644,000 sound? North of I-94 between Cassleton and Valley city is a town called Ayr. Double click where Ayr is, then head straight south of town until you see 28th St SE then double click the sign just east of 143rd Ave. Purchase. Profit.
