So, if we do get more premiums turned into RM versions as part of the next or later DLC, what do we want?

European cars, specifically: Aston Martins, Jaguars and BMWs.
And a Race Modified Samba Bus!

Holy poll batman. I voted for all of them but 5.

None, i'd rather have new cars than the same cars with some stickers on and the seats took out.

I would like the cars in the October DLC!

I would like the m3 and db9 to be modded to the level of their FIAGT counter parts.

Would be great to see more RM cars, love my Lotus 111RM, such a good drive. Also wouldn't mind seeing a Murcielago RM, similar to the ones in GRID...?

The Mazda RX-8 needs to be RM'd. There have been many teams running this car (all be it with a 20B NA engine). SpeedSource being a big one.

You're only supposed to vote for ten of them..! Lol, I should have made 'all of the above' an option. Still, as indicators go, we should soon see strong trends as more people vote. My top ten are, more or less and after many revisions, as follow;
Alfa 8C
Aston DB9
BMW M3
Dodge Viper SRT/10
Ferrari California
Ford GT
Lamborghini Gallardo
Mercedes SLS AMG
Mazda RX7 Spirit-R Type-A
Mini Cooper S

Voted for the Viper, M5 and Z4.

But I really wish to see this bad boy back from GT1 and 2 (plus it's street version)

I say:

Alfa Rome 8C Competizione
Aston Martin DB9
BMW Z4M
Nissan GT-R
Nissan 370Z (Like I need another one)
Telsa Roadster
Lexus LFA
BMW M3
Ferrari 458

You also missed the Enzo.

You missed the C63 AMG. This Merc RM would be a great complement to the IS-F RM and a possible M3 RM.

I say:

the Enzo would be killer! Like something that resembles the FXX. Would be great to have a track-only Ferrari. That would give the Zonda R a direct competitor.

I'd love to see the RM versions being inspired by the real life cars and the class they run in GT1/GT2/GT3/GT4/BTCC/WTCC.
And how could you leave out the Ferrari F430 and Scuderia!!

I've voted for a few cars, the only ones missing from that list that i would vote for would be the Isuzu 4200R, Mazda Autozam AZ-1 and Ferrari 512BB to be RM'd

There are several cars I would love to see RM in future DLC but I would certainly prefer new cars. The DB9 is a dream RM as the DBR9 is a stunning piece of kit.

one I voted for was the 599

would love to see something like the 599XX

599XX EVO. I'd buy an entirely new game that only has that car just to get it.

So people do want to pay money again for more cars already in the game?

I wouldn't necessarily want to PAY for DLC of RM of those cars, but i did buy the first DLC.

Maybe just in a regular update, the ability to RM those cars like normally.

I really want the Ford Mustang to be RM'd/TC.

I would gladly pay for a DLC RM/TC/RC pack that actually made sense!
Take the top 15 cars in this list and RM them acording to where they race in real life, keep the weight to 1150kg and give us 50/70 aero on all of them!

Wouldn't you rather have the official racing versions of many of these cars rather than a plain GT branded car which is close to it though?

Give us the proper Prodrive DBR9, the proper 458 Risi Competizione GT, an MP4-12C GT3 car etc. I don't know why people want plain, unofficial 'RM/TC' cars. I'd much prefer real world, official racing cars.

Oh I'd love to have those cars in game, but unfortunately PD won't probably go and pay for yet another license just for those cars, plus the FIA licensing costs.

Real world race cars would be more complicated and expensive to license and model. I'm assuming RMs/TCs can be made almost entirely in the studio and performance would be at PD's discretion.

Unofficial race cars like RMs and TCs are also better for customization reasons. You can't change the number and paint the wheels/chassis on an official race car. PD could easily push the customization aspect a little more with livery templates, stripe options, secondary colours and choices of already in-game sponsors for RMs.

From the online racing perspective, it also isn't as good when you watch two cars dueling each other on track that are exactly the same so you can't tell them apart. If you make multiple models/liveries of the cars, but for a 16 car grid, 16 cars/teams/liveries that are close in performance will become awfully expensive. RMs/TCs are more ideal.

Wouldn't you rather PD keep the majority of their money for the rest of GT6 instead of a handful of GT5 cars?

With all due respect PD have plenty of cash to license some real world races cars. Plus most licenses are taken out as multi year so any officially licensed race cars added to GT5 as DLC should appear in GT6.

Asking for more RM cars just seems like giving PD the easy ride to me and I'm certainly not interested in them myself.

Undoubtedly they have the money. Would a few real world race cars be the best use for it though? I think if they can acquire an entire series I would say go for it.

Otherwise, I would rather the money (and my money) and time be spent on new models with rm mods. I think a DB9 with a race mod can be, in effect, identical in stats to a real dbr9. With the RM option you can effectively have 3 different cars for some models. 1 stock another with xxx power and another with more or less for a different series. I would welcome more skins for individual models for some variety though.

I am asking for RM versions of existing cars too. I just don't think I should have to pay for them. Non-RM/Standards/lack of events are the things I believe were unfinished in the game and should be included in updates. New content like Tracks and new models and concepts with appropriate RM's of course would be welcome dlc content. I would pay for standard upgrades (with rm when appropriate, and as far as I'm concerned it's always appropriate).

I like PD's race concepts. The FTO was iconic in the first 2 gt games and that car was all about "Hey guys, this is what we think would be really cool for an FTO based race car". And, it was. This ideology can be applied to virtually every car in the game. Cooper Mini outfitted for Le Mans?, certainly. How bout that swift...yes please. The mods and lm's are based on real cars and could be reproduced in the real world. This is not Ridge Racer.

p.s. Who wants the mid engined 4wd uber FTO from the early games back??!
