Personally I'm a big fan of the GT Logo track by @daan as it plays really well, and the first corner is quite possibly the best first corner I have ever experienced.

Complete self-promotion here, but this is the circuit I created around my favourite bass guitar:

Trees on the headstock in line with the tuners, bridges on the neck (the straight) to represent major fret markers, a few tents around the area of the volume and tone controls and input jack, grandstands in line with the bridge, marshall post in line with the bottom strap button. And maybe a couple of decent corners to boot.
