Most exciting car for Nordschleife

Hey,

I always race on the Nordschleife with cars which are not too fast.
Now I use a stock Honda S2000 or a stock Toyota GT86...
What do you guys think of these cars?
Are there any other fun cars with about the figures of these cars?

I would definitely try the Audi R8 4.2! 👍
 
Well, the premium s2000 gt1 turbo is a lot of fun on the ring. Also, r390 road car is really fun
 
I realy enjoy the Ferrari 512 BB there. Be sure to put it on comfort soft before you go and ABS off.
 
The ones i use alot:

Road CARS:
Any M3,
Ruf RGT,
Honda/Acura HSC,
Honda NSX'es,
Lotus Evora/Esprit Sport350,
Mclaren F1,
Little heavy but fun due to speeds reached :) :
M5,
Holden Monaro(corvette engine),
Merc. SLR/S,

RACE CARS:
ZR1RM,
ViperOrecaGTR,
Any GT500 Setup a little more suspention :)
(Gt300 and touring cars a little boring slow for the fast parts.)

Everything Thats got speed and NOT safe handling is good :p
For extreme Use any old le mans car (If u tame one youll have fun)
Sauber C9 ...

The new Le Mans Cars are to stiff for the flexy schleife i think.
Then time set to 5H40 nice low sun.
Yummy!
 
RX-7 Spirit R. 'Nuff said. If you want to drive any older RX-7s though, I'd suggest you turn the ABS off: it would kill you in some corners. The S2000 is brilliant, but I wish we had a 09 model instead of the 06 base car. It's an absolute joy in the rain, I even slide through the Carousel for the heck of it. The chassis is that damn good.
 
I have an SLR and Viper tuned that are a blast on the ring. They are 600pp and both get low 7's. Praiano got a 7:18 with sports hard tires , and my best is 7:12 with SS in the SLR.

I also love Praiano's new 650PP tune for the Oreca Viper

I agree with this as well. It is very enjoyable. I've even done the 650pp aspec challenge 4 on the ring with a nascar

Cool. I like taking the NASCAR cars on all the road courses. Great fun as the ovals get boring and unchallengeing after awhile.

Are there any "slow" (about 200 to 300 hp) cars which are fun (besides S2000 and GT86)?
I hope there are cars which are "slow" and fun ;)
So I can practice with my G27...

Stock Lancia Stratos, no abs
Use the clutch with the g27
