Ff cars tend to understeer so yeah probes not the best to drive.

Acura CL Coupe is pretty good to drive... doesn't take too much effort to iron out understeer if you tune it. Stock it has none really. But the Jaguar XJ220 and Aston-Martin V8 Vantage are both stunning right out of the box!
 
The two most common things I'm hearing are the SLS and F40, so I'll definately get ahold of those. And I already have the NSX Type R, the NSX-R road and race car, and the nsx RM, so I know the greatness that is the NSX :D

Very much agreeing with the XJ220 and V8 Vantage, great cars. However, to go on a slight tangent, I also really like the following:

Honda Prelude Spec S,
Any Mitsubishi Evo and the Lancer IC Turbo,
Tom's X540 Chaser,
AW11 MR2 (the 80's one),
The GTS-t, GTS25, R30, R31 and KPGC10 Skylines,
BMW 2002 Turbo,
Lotus Carlton (maybe a bit understeery),
Holden Monaro CV8
and...
Hmm, probably just the Lotus Elise, not the 111R.

None of those are particularly expensive and, I think, fit your three criteria quite well.
 
I love the NSX-R, especially around the ring when i take it for a spin, everything stock, no assists except ABS at 1, it is so fun.
 
The Sauber Mercedes C9 Race Car '89 and Mazda Furai has been my favorite stock cars to drive. Both of mine still have no modifications or tunes. I don't even remember buying tires for them either.
 
No mentioning of McLaren F1? I put some sport softs on mine and headed to Nurburgring 4h -- It was the best 4 hours I ever had in GT5. 👍

Edit: Also check out the Opera Performance S2000 which is a prize car from some race. Four wheel drifting through every corner!

RUF 3400S has some of the best balance and steering in the game for road car
 
So many good ones...Arta Garaiya can be driven upside down...There are some high speed turns on the Ring that require braking with some very nimble cars...Not the Arta Garaiya though. Full speed ahead. Stock after an oil change I think it caps at about 300 hp. The Arta NSX has more power and is similar...Requiring minimal braking. After I drove those cars I vowed to buy anything with the name Arta.

Lately I've just been eyeing the weight on cars...The lower the better.

Mclaren F1 is a great car, you just need to get used to it. The Car is hard to control on hard sport tires. with soft sports it has a nice, oversteering handling, which i like pretty much. wouldn´t do my first 4h race on nur with it, since it´s too nervous. i lose concentration in the endurance races sometimes, so a car with a more neutral handling, like the sls or the g37 is better for me to do the race first time :) even if i know the track well..
 
Of all the cars I've driven so far, I'd have to say the Big Turbo Ruf takes the cake. Maybe it's just the challenge that old, not-so-well balanced RR chassis gives you. Great fun on the Nürburgring! Of course I had to be stupid and ruin the car by upgrading it, and now I'm struggling to make it behave.

Just waiting for a Yellowbird to pop up on the UCD!
 
Have you tried the Bmw f1 Mclaren ? if adds off she is very hard to control but once you get used to it , shes is fast as hell .

Also i like the gt 40 '69 very light , powerful and ill tail slide every corner if you want to .

Nomad Diablo Gt very nice as well ,

One of the best cars in the game i think is the FORD LM SPEC TEST CAR II the black one , put some hard sport on it , and go have fun .

Nissan GTR! Turn the TC to 0, throw it into a corner sideways and power through, great. :D Also you can buy the centre diff control, it's a great drifter too if you put it on 20/80.
Ford GT '06 is also great stock.

I just tested it at deep forest its really grip but i didnt like that much the nsx lm car is much better if similar power, and much more fun
 
Lotus Esprit Sport 350 '00 ... virtually NO understeer, and the tail will come loose nicely, with the stock Sport Hards. You can be right up there with Zondas and Enzos, in a semi-tight track like Deep Forest.. with just an oil change. Comes with adjustable suspension and aero already... and the stock weight is perfect IMO... GREAT car!!

Press pause while you're driving, choose the icon with the four squares.

The top dropdown lets you switch off HUD instruments, switch of all the HUD or switch them all back on.

Fair do's, I haven't seen the NSX LM road car in my UCD yet.
What are the max front/rear downforce on it?
 
Any Super GT car, the Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro '09, the Mercedes Benz SLS AMG '10...

Most cars are better pre-modification in terms of fun to drive. That's why most of my garage, with a few notable exceptions, consists of cars with only the weight stripped out and race soft tires fitted.
