Prost AP02 and McLaren MP4/23.

Olivier Panis helped to test them both?

Wait, there's no irony there.

Tom
Both finished 2nd at the European Grand Prix in the respective year the car ran?

There is supposed to be irony somewhere. Which is making it harm to decrypt.

At one point, both teams used Peugeot engines. And both teams, when they used Peugeot engines, were lackluster?

Both end in P.

Both were named after their Sponsors (MP= Marlboro Prototype, AP=Alain Prost)

If you combine them, You get Map.

PeterJB
Both named after their founders who were both drivers?

The intended irony being that Prost drove for McLaren.

But again like rain on your wedding day, that's not ironic. It's a good answer though.

Guys I think the clue is in the team names ;).

Both named after their founders who were both drivers?

PeterJB has got part #1 of the question, but what's the irony of Prost and Prost, and McLaren and McLaren?...

This isn't it, incidentally:

The intended irony being that Prost drove for McLaren.

But again like rain on your wedding day, that's not ironic. It's a good answer though.

Bruce never won any championships as a driver, but his team won many. Alain won many championships as a driver, but his team never won any.

I got half of it.

But yeh I think thats the answer.

OK, I haven't been keeping up with this thread, so I don't know what has been asked before, but here goes:

What F1 season featured 0 past WDCs on the grid for the entire season?

(The debut 1950 season does not count)

What F1 season featured 0 past WDCs on the grid for the entire season?

As in, there may have been previous champions on the grid, but not for the entire season?

If so, I'm saying 94. Both Senna and Mansell competed, but neither for a full season.

I could have worded that better. I was referring to the year where no previous champions competed at all during the entire year.
1959, Farina and Fangio were retired and Ascari(1955) and Hawthorn(1958) died.
Correct. Your turn.

Clue time?

He went to this doctor because of the care he gave Stirling Moss after one of his crashes.

I think Im going to step away from F1 for a moment, and move to Le Mans, if thats alright?

Specifically, what happened to the Peugeot's in 2010, which allowed Audi to secure its 9th win of the 24 Hours of Le Mans?

They were doing well, and then one by one all of there cars had engine failure allowing Audi to take their 9th win overall at Le mans.

But what was specifically wrong with the engines? Also, there was one other failure that you did not mention.

#3 had a suspension mounting point separate from the Carbon-fiber tub. The others had conrod failures.
