I know someone who can record this event for us. Do you want me to contact him, Slash? It'll be like the video I showed you of the JDM cruise I was in.
 
I think I am gonna join in with this. Never really done any competitive drag racing before and this seems like the best way to get into it.

I was thinking about going British but the Jaguar XKR is 488 bhp stock. :( I'm feeling a Chevy or a Supra for this.

You can go with either the '99 XKR or '02 XKR R, both have under 410hp stock and lighter than the '10 XKR, or the '61 E-TYPE which is only 1200kg stock but maxed with ~435hp.

Ahh cheers for the tip. I've got a few ideas so when i finish the mountain of updates I have missed when I was at uni I'll have a look about.
 
could i join? ive just started drag racing and would like to learn from the best. ill just buy something in the ucd. or find a dusty treasure in the long list off standard cars in my garage.
 
Thats what i did, just hope i can attend as im heading to tampa tomorrow. Hope i can get my ps3 set up in time!!!

I only joined GTP when I got interested in "Team Hydro" and all the other teams in drag racing and help in drag racing, but I practically every day go on this site :lol:

i joined for trades at first, so i could get rare drag cars, then i saw the drag forum was opening and i was like omg yyyeeaaahhh!!!

I would've said the same if I had gotten GT5 sooner instead of the arcade NFS series :mad:
 
I still have about 6 cars tuned for this competition. When we gonna do this. Im good in an hour :lol: Im good now!!! :lol:
 
I'm sorry I know most of my shiznit takes forever. Heres 1 reason.

My mom has bone cancer and 2 diseases brought on from it, and now a 3rd cancer as well. No one knows wtf it is and chemotherapy does not work. So don't bitch to me. Sometimes things look up so I post a comp, then shiz goes down and I can't do it. Its not that I'm lazy, I've got that, school, work, my health etc.

And another reason my old truck is wasting away after all that work is because my money is going there^^^. So don't ride my case, it will go down when I 🤬 get 2 damn seconds.
