I tried to take some of Allin's SoCal swag , but I'm too old to be riding that low and riding on the rear bumbstops is silly.

The bad: The ride is firm and a bit bumpy, and I now have to avoid potholes. I'm noticable slower now with the more unsprung weight on the wheels - Even though the OZ's are technically light for 18s weighing at ~ 22lbs, I had stock 15in wheels which are much lighter. Fuel economy decreased too much for my liking, I had to try to drive in super granny mod no passing anyone to average 18/26mpg on the highway. I was driving like an a** and still getting 28 on the highway and driving normal I averaged 32 mpg. The Falken tires have much more road noise too.

The Good: Steering is firm, no play in my control arms. Even though the ride is firm it doesn't feel jiggly and sloshy like before. The speed I've tested it out so far it was on RAILS very little body roll and I had all the grip and turn in I wanted. Amazing - Stay out of my way on freeway on ramps. At 100+ the car is planted - I use to feel the front end of the car start to lift at around ~115 mph. No wheel gap looks better too.

Just waiting to get the rear sway bar and I still haven't installed the brakes ( I hear the S5 brakes are down right insane but that more weight on the wheels :nervous:) . Just need to get the new front & rear bumpers on and she'll be looking real classy. Need an exhaust now too so I can get Stage2 software and maybe ill gain 1-2 mpg back if I drive in granny mode.

He's just doing his job. They shouldn't have parked their kah in the streets or shoveled the snow from their driveways into the road.
 
FYI. They shortened the Friday race to 50 laps. Makes my bladder happy
