Good stuff Red. I had great battles in both races. JT and I went at it in the first race and NCR, Mike and GoingInHot and I had a great battle in the second race.

Yeah, that second race was really good. It really is a tricky little track to pass, but everyone was very clean. Too bad about the server, I pulled a Kimi in the first race and did my fast lap of the race on the last lap. Good stuff guys.
 
i should have knew something was up that first race no way i should have jump from 7th to 3rd in the first turn but i didn't see dangit in pole just had my eyes shut hoping not to smash logan were the sun don't shine that first turn
 
If anyone has pointers on how to make a mic work on this god forsaken PSN, please let me know!!!

Yea good racing Red in the second race. It was only a matter of time until I screwed up and you would have gotten by. Good racing in the first stint with NCR. Fun stuff!!! It nice to have the original group back together. Nice job Red
 
That was a lot of fun. It was great racing with the group again looking forward to the rest of the series!

Hopefully we didn't break the Internet too bad.

Pretty much a clean group of racers here. Which is why i felt so bad spinning NCR last night. Shocked me really as i barely touched him. No car damage at all on my end.

Nice job on the win!
 
Yeah, I had a blast too. Glad to be back with the group. No worries Red, when it's a fun race like that, I don't care about the finishing order. So many tight battles in both races. Freaking server though ughh. I was in first with Envy right behind me, I figured on pitting on lap 17 and was hoping to jump back into the lead. Seems like a later pit got you out before the car that had pitted the lap before, heh. Then disconnect.

Scorpion, in race 2 I tapped you and it looked like you had gotten straightened out leaving the turn. Then you got loose when accelerating so that's why I kept going. Sorry if I messed you up.

Congrats to Going In Hot, nice fast driving.

Good call. I think after the first postpone we all lost a little interest. We we ready to do it for our leagues but....well you know.

Track choice is key. I tried to do the same with the DTM series. Red has nailed it with the one make.

Don't worry about it NCR I just can't drive these cars without racing tires:guilty:
or tuning it up :scared:
 
Any of you guys do the seasonal TTs? I jump in there from time to time, this round of events are no tuning allowed and decently fun. Kind of levels the playing field and no need to mess with tunes for hours to post a good time. I've always liked the kart space track, some people hate it.

I'd rather race, but if I can't find anyone on it can be pretty fun.

Well said, Envy. I think that these cars and tires with no tuning is going to make for very intense racing every week. Although, Motegi scares the sheet out of me. I've run a few awful laps and each lap feels like its my first. Pretty strange for such a small layout.

Too bad about the server crash. It seems as though we were all having a good time. I've never seen the mics so wacked. Maybe we should try "running silent."

Kart space, the first time i entered that track i felt i needed a pocket of quarters! Not sure i've driven on it since the week it released.

I rarely do TT's. If i am running low on money, i will do a quick 2 or 3 laps to grab gold and move on.

That server crash was a bummer. I don't recall the last time that has happened!

Silent mics? As in off? I must say, it was frustrating not being able to talk while trying to set things up. Thankfully RR was on point to take control of things!

I think mic on, keep talk/noise to minimum.
