Mine does 42.5 laps. That's worth like 30 secs less per race. You must be doing something wrong.

I can make it go that fast but sometimes when they hit cars with not enough right turn set then will bounce left and spin into the wall, then you come back and your car is doing a burnout up against the wall lol.

45.4's I have run 100 races there and not a single crash into wall situation lol.

Haven't had a crash yet, and it's been going for two days straight as of now.

Did I mention my X2010 has 73K on the odometer but still going strong, just at 1320hp lmao. I don't really car about the 30 seconds truthfully hell it could be 3 minutes longer and I wouldn't care, its driving for me and earning mass money while I am at work, bspec enduros can only earn so much. It would be kick ass if you didn't have to hit O button during bspec championships! They did that shat on purpose lol.

My "Old Lady" also is great for grinding. I will be working on something else and she would spend a few hours lapping Indy. She is awesome. :)

..

I set mine up today for the first time. We'll see if I get stuck on the wall in about 7 hours from now.

Tried this... just needed a hairband (borrowed from GF) to hold throttle trigger down, AT on.

Plugged in USB cable and put a DVD collection case on the keyboard with a mem pen between case and keyboard (to hold down enter key).

I'm not sure what the extra rubber bands/sticky taped X-button are for in the OP but my setup is working without those!

No way I'm getting my "old lady" that far. She'd quit after 5 minutes. Or maybe she'd break her arms over the incredible force from the G25 :D

Question: this worked for me the first time I did it, I set the throttle with a rubber band, set the steering with a pushpin resting on its side in between the stick and the housing on the left side of the stick, try it, it is a perfect fit for slight right steering position, but after that first night< i spend my cash of course and set it again the next night, my X1 is slowing down to 130 mph around the corners and only reaching 245/250 max on the straights???

I have changed oil regularly, rebuilt the engine and chassis all the time, I changed from the rubber band method on the right stick to the R1 button taped down and no difference. HELP! I need to satisfy my purchasing addiction! WTF?

Your max speed is fine but your cornering is too slow. I set my X2010's steering so that on the straights the "G" meter reads out around 0.6-0.7 to the left. Even when going for 24hours and hp getting to the low 1300's it still has no problems lapping the field.

After I reach the 20 million limit I do an engine rebuild, chassis rebuild, buy a Miura and a couple of McLaren then get back to the daily grind.

Ditto +1 👍

My B-spec level is too low for indy. I can't stand B-spec. I think I'll make more money faster in A-spec. As I recall, B-spec races take longer.

Yea there double the laps of A-Spec

Indeed they do. Often pay less too!
Not double, but more. The FGT races are 37 laps or so vs. 20 for A-Spec.

I've been doing it for a few weeks now (obviously not straight out, but usually overnight) and I haven't seen any ill effects. Id be more concerned with the actual enter button on the keyboard wearing out, but it was a cheapo $9 usb keyboard from walmart.

I've also adopted the method of rubber banding both analog sticks, instead of trying to tape the "X" button down, and have seen great improvement.

Its not perfect, I still wake up to my X1 humping the wall maybe two out of five times, but it doesn't matter to me since I was sleeping! Lol not like you lose money.

so all you do is us a rubber band to hold the left analog stick to the right and another one to hold the aczellerater

Yeah, I'm not worried about the keyboard, or the controller. I was just wondering about the enter command constantly being thrown into the ps3 system.

what is your reason to grind? why dont you enjoy the game... buy a UCD car, tune it up, then custom tune it to a track. Then buy another car and do the same... their are 1031 cars... why are you "grinding" anyway? this is a racing game!!! Question: how many different cars do you have custom tuned to a certain track?

I just tried doing this tonight and it works wonders. Now I can actually do my hw and let my controller do all the aspec grinding. So far my X1 hasn't spun out on Indianapolis in the dream car championship. Plus I get over 100k per race which takes about 7 mins

Does it damage the controllers?
