I really like this band. I can listen to Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge over and over. Really awesome songs. My favorite would have to be either Hang 'Em High Or Cemetary Drive. Anyone else like MCR?
 
Is Hang 'Em High a cover of the Van Halen song?
 
Their first CD was alright (nothing better than alright, though) but their new one is nothing but pop-punk garbage. Avoid this CD like a plague.
 
Meh, you can do worse than MCR... though you can do much better as well. Saw them a couple weekends ago at Taste Of Chaos... biggest highlight was the Used and them both going on stage for a cover of "Under Pressure", heh.
 
Its not that bad. I really like the new CD. Its really fast and has lots of different styles. I really like.

They even beat out Good Charlotte.
 
They are way better than Good Charlotte. I am guessing you only listened to "I'm not okay" Which is easily their worst song. That song is terrible.
 
Obviously that's true because that's the only song ever played anywhere.
Which means I'm not even going to bother with the rest of their crap.
 
I listened to the rest of the album on Launchcast before I bought it. I'm Not Okay is by far the worst song.

You should never rate a band on just one song thats as bad as judging a book by its cover.

Yeah think they're good. Never heard the first album though.
 
There alright. Im listening to "Helena" right now and I like the one named "What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison" I think that's the name. There not a band I could just constantly listen to through.

I'm not big fan of them but I can't say that I've heard all that much.

I like your av silver, shadows fall is amazing.

i like MCR - best songs i think are: Helena, Cemetery Drive, and Hang Em High. :)

I think im gonna get the album...

ohh, and btw, i have heard more than "Im Not Okay" on the radio! I have heard "Helena" played on the radio as well - just not as often, actually, twice. but still.
 
yeah, they released Helna, but it is unfortunately overshadowed.
 
Whoa, I didn't know other people liked My Chemical Romance :D

I've been listening to them since 2002 when their first CD came out my friend got it for me.

I like the Music, and yeah I like The Used as well because Bert and Gerard are good friends. I'm actually listening to Demolition Lovers from their first Album because the Drum part is sweetness..

Amazingly enough, I only have 2 of their songs.... Cemetary Drive and I'm not Okay
 
I really like listening to them too, and I thought i was the only person here to actually listen to 'em.

Vampires will never hurt you is an awesome song by 'em too.
 
I like all the MCR songs I've heard except I'm Not Okay. (It got overplayed.)
 
I can listen to both of their album's without skipping a song, except for one song on the first cd called Early Sunsets over Monroeville.
